  • Unsere Villa verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2. 5 Bäder, insgesamt über 1400 Quadratmeter plus 2 Lanais.

    Es ist perfekt für Familien oder Paare, die zusammen Urlaub machen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über schöne Ahornmöbel und Granitoberflächen. Achtzehn-Fuß-Gewölbedecken im Wohnzimmerbereich und zehn-Fuß-Decken in der Villa sorgen für ein offenes, inselartiges und luftiges Gefühl.

    Das Hauptschlafzimmer im zweiten Stock bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit Sleepnumbers-Matratze, ein eigenes Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, eine separate Badewanne, eine Dusche und eine Veranda. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Pack-n-Play für jüngere Kinder.

    Der Komplex bietet ausreichend Parkplätze, 2 Pools mit Lavastein-Wasserfällen, einen Whirlpool, Tennisplätze und einen Fitnessraum. Der Hauptpool und der klimatisierte Fitnessraum sind nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Villa entfernt und bieten die perfekte Mischung aus Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unsere Villa und ihre Annehmlichkeiten strahlen Qualität und Komfort aus.

    Im Waikoloa Beach Resort stehen zwei Golfplätze zur Verfügung. der von Robert Trent Jones Jr. entworfene Beach Course und der von Tom Weiskopf entworfene King's Course. Innerhalb von 15 Minuten von unserer Villa finden Sie auch mehrere andere Weltklasse-Golfplätze, darunter den Mauna Lani-Platz, auf dem viele ältere Skins-Spiele aus der Vergangenheit mit seinem einzigartigen 15. Loch über dem Wasser stattfinden. die Mauna Kea (ein Robert Trent Jones, Sr. Kurs); und Hapuna Beach, entworfen von Arnold Palmer.

    In der Nähe befinden sich Designerläden in den Kings Shops wie Tiffanys, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Maui Divers, Tori Richard und Honolua Surf Co, um nur einige zu nennen.

    Weniger als eine Meile entfernt im prestigeträchtigen Waikoloa Hilton Beach Resort können Sie beim weltberühmten Dolphin Quest mit den Delfinen schwimmen. Je nach Verfügbarkeit steht das Camp Menehune im Hilton auch Nicht-Hilton-Gästen zur Verfügung und bietet Aktivitäten für Kinder ab fünf Jahren, sodass Sie einen Tag für sich haben können, um ein Abenteuer zu planen oder einfach nur zu entspannen. We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great for us. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were wonderful ways to fill our time in between excursions. Snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers all were provided by the host and well used during our stay. So thankful we found this perfect place for us!

Wonderful Stay!!! The condo is so spacious you feel relaxed the moment you walk in the door. The flooring is just beautiful. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Our favorite time of the day was having morning coffee on the upstairs lanai sitting on the comfortable furniture. The pools are landscaped beautifully. Location is fantastic- quiet area of the resort, close to shops, restaurants and the club house. Kristi was a very nice host.

We visited the area with family members that were participating in the Ironman tournament. This condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The only negative for us in this situation was the limitation of visitor parking at the complex.

Loved our stay

This unit is well-situated in the Waikoloa Colony Villas. It is quiet and peaceful but a short distance to shopping and beach. As noted by previous reviews, the unit is very well equipped in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. Our family group included a 7 month old, and the Pack and Play was a great plus. The owner is so helpful and easy to contact and communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

This property was beautiful. Each floor was well decorated, had plenty of space, and was well furnished. The property was quite nice, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and that it was a gated community. We were able to walk to the beach and the Kings and Queens marketplaces, and the room was well stocked with beach items. When we had one question during our stay, the host responded immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful home!

Happy returning guest

We had another great stay at the property, it couldn’t have been any better. Loved all the new beach gear/toys and the unit was supplied with enough thoughtful supplies that we did not have to run to the store for common kitchen and bathroom items. This location is absolutely ideal with easy access to beaches, shops and dining. I especially love the patio off of the primary bedroom, opening up to the golf course making it an ideal location for morning coffee and the beds are very comfortable as well. Kona 2023

We were very happy with the accommodations, and they were exactly as described and then some. Kristi was easy to get in touch with (text) and there were no issues at all which is exactly how you would like your vacation to go. We have stayed on the islands many times, and this is by far the best property that we have experienced. The condo is very new from furniture to bedding and the kitchen area is very well stocked. Loved our stay

We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks in this condo. We have stayed in other condos in this complex and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. It was very clean when we arrived. Communication with Kristi was very easy. The condo had everything we needed. We appreciated having a small supply of spices and condiments. The beach equipment saved us from renting or buying. Beds were very comfortable. We loved opening the curtains in the morning and looking out on the golf course. The furniture on the upper and lower lianas were so comfortable and clean, a favorite place to enjoy our down time.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

We enjoyed our three week stay very much. Condo is wonderfully equipped and organized. Had everything we needed for cooking. Very nice to have Kona coffee supplied. Beautiful quiet golf course views. Great for walking. Gorgeous pool. Would recommend that the children’s pool be better advertised for all guests. One morning we had five kids under 4 in the pool. The parents didn’t even know there was a kids pool. Would be nice if it was an adult pool and kids in the other pool. Other than that we loved it all and would love to stay here again.

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed 2+ months. We had visits from our son & wife, then our 5 grandchildren (two at a time + one single, over 2+ months). The condo was perfect. It is clean, quiet, great kitchen, along with beach toys, snorkels & chairs. Parking right outside our door. Kristi, the owner, was wonderful to deal with. Any questions were answered almost instantly. Beds, towels, linens, cushions in great shape. Nice patio and furniture much nicer than most neighbors. Location ideal for a variety of trips and sightseeing. No surprises!! Hope to return in the future.

Best Experience on Th Big Island

I have stayed in this complex 5 times over the last 10 years, in different condos each time. This was by far, our best experience. The condo was beautiful, well equipped with kitchen/cooking supplies as well as beach supplies. Had a small issue during our visit, and the owner responded right away and was very helpful with a solution. I will definitely seek out this condo for our next visit.

Wonderful, spacious condo

I love the Waikoloa area and this was my first time staying at the Waikoloa Colony Villas. The condo was very spacious and the décor is very island style. I was impressed with how clean the place felt when we arrived. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. The amenities were great and you can't beat the location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the Waikoloa resort area. Definitely would recommend and will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for 10 days at the condo and it was a great place for our family. When we arrived it was very clean and the artwork on the walls is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and directions on how to operate all the systems was clearly listed in the welcome book. We loved our time on the big island and this was a very nice spot to stay while we explored all the beautiful beaches in the area. The community pool wasn’t heated and that was my only complaint because it was really too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes. We were mostly at the beach anyway.
