„Very comfortable home! Our family loved the large living room and couches. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio in the cooler morning and evenings. The beds were also very comfortable.“

„The host was easy to communicate with check-in and out details. The house was perfectly staged, clean, and exactly as described in the picture. Definitely will recommend to any friends and family planning to come to PHX.“

„Clean and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the backyard pool.“

„Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.“

„Central to everything. Bob was very responsive. “

„The entire process was seamless, and Vince was very responsive before and during our stay. I will definitely recommend this place to others!“

„This was a great “home away from home” for the week. Our family enjoyed playing foosball and other board games provided. We also had a great time in the yard and accessing a playground right across the street. There were a couple of items we found difficult finding but the host is quick to communicate and respond to any questions you might have during your stay. We would definitely stay here again! “

„Great stay“

„Very nice property host communicates very well.Would stay again“

„All the light switches were marked. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outside area is nice. Our group would recommend this property. Just 2 things to be aware of: the pool is not heated and the garage is not available to guests. We figured the pool wouldn’t be heated and we aren’t real swimmers, but that might be disappointing to families with kids. As for the garage, we are golfers, so we had to haul our clubs back and forth each day to put them inside.“

„5 bedrooms 4 had king size beds with one queen. 2 living rooms lots of tvs with a projection tv in the family room. 3.5 baths makes it good for lots of people. Code for front door so no one to have the chance to lose a key. Spacious kitchen, double oven, microwave, dual coffee pot, air fryer, toaster. Plenty of pans, dishwasher and variety of glasses. Nice backyard, did not use the pool still a bit cold and we did not bbq because someone had put charcoal in before us and it’s propane. There were ...

„We had a very enjoyable weekend with multiple adults and kids! This property is nicely laid out and provided a great homebase for our adventures in Arizona. The pool and the pool table were utilized extensively. Great grill and the large kitchen made focal point of all of our gatherings.“

„Perfect for what we needed. Temperature reached 100 so the pool was very comfortable. Beds are very very comfortable. Great for families. “

„Thank You !“

„Great location for spring training!“

„Stay was great“

„We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you ...

„We used two different Credit cards for payment. This led to missunderstandings, so there was a need more clarification. Next time we will use just one, then it will be really uncomplicated. “
