IMPORTANT NOTE: For safety, this home is not suitable for children ages 0–3. Children should be supervised at all times around the pool.

QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to homeowner allergies.
GOOD TO KNOW

Not baby/child proof-proofed - please walk the space on arrival and supervise kids at all times.
No lifeguard at the pool; only the patio is fenced.
CAMERAS: Exterior cameras record 24/7 (front door & side).
PROPERTIES: The area beyond the grass turf is somewhat uneven and unstable. Please ensure that children do not venture into this area without supervision. Uneven areas beyond turf; some fencing not fully secured. The 4th bedroom is downstairs (sofa bed, games, TV) with stair access—child gate available.
