Nettes Hotel in der Altstadt
Positiv; ruhige zentrale Lage am Rand der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar; abgeschlossener Parkplatz im Hof des Hotels; upgrade auf eine sehr schöne Juniorsuite mit Ausgang in den Hotelgarten; gutes Frühstück im Wintergarten oder im Hotelgarten; Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant freundlich und hilfsbereit negativ: viele Treppen und kein Lift (derzeit im Bau); sehr oberflächliche Zimmerreinigung; Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht (wohl noch im Bau); noch kein Fernseher und keine Minibar im Zimmer; Kleiderschrank hatte nur Ablagefächer aber keine Kleiderstange; wenn diese Mängel behoben sind, ist die Juniorsuite eine sehr schöne Bleibe mit einem eleganten modernen Bad und wäre für einen Aufenthalt wirklich empfehlenswert; dann wäre das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis auch absolut stimmig

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, die Lage hervorragend, die Altstadt in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, da mein Zimmer zur Straße hin lag, hin und wieder eine nächtliche Störung durch Passanten

Habe Hotel gebucht wegen frühen Abflug aus Vilnius. Hotel in Seitengasse downtown. Bin am morgen 8 min gefahren zum Airport. Super ruhig am Sonntag Abend (Restaurant geschlossen aber alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar). Preis /Leistung super. Mache ich jetzt öfters. das 10 qm single Zimmer ist ausreichend für eine kurze Nacht.

Sympathisches Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Hotel mit sehr angenehmer Atmosphaere, einer gelungenen Auswahl auf dem Fruehstuecksbuffet und einem charmanten Interieur. Habe die Fruehstuecke im lauschigen Innenhof genossen. Obwohl sehr nahe dem Zenrtum ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Einziger Wermutstropfen bei unserem Aufenthalt: ein Paar im Innenhof, dass anscheinend seine Verlobung mit langen Gespraechen und Musikuntermalung bis in die fruehen Morgenstunden ausklingen liess. Intervention beim Nachtportier fuehrte zur Reduktion der Lautstaerke aber den Schlaf stoerte es nach wie vor.

Small boutique hotel with excellent location on quiet street with green posterior terrace. Service was good. Equipment in room was old in not perfect condition, but lining of bed was perfect - cotton 100%. There wasn't refrigerator and kettle in room, but reception staff immediately brought us kettle from kitchen for our entire staying:). There isn't conditioner but weather was perfect and open window was sufficient at September. Restroom in room is separate, big, clean and bright. Breakfasts were wide range and perfect.

Very comfy and well staffed convenient hotel
The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting the old town and very comfortable and had superb breakfast choices. Let us have breakfast early before an early flight out, booked a taxi to the airport who was spot on and very well priced. Nice to eat breakfast outside too if weather permits

There is a lot to like about this hotel, on the edge of the old town of Vilnius and close to the station, with a lovely peaceful enclosed garden and terrace, and an excellent wine bar attached. Well maintained and modern rooms in a characterful old building.

Due to a death in one of our parties families, the reservation was cancelled after the cancellation cut-off date. The staff was very considerate of this situation and waived it's policy of charging for the room because the cancellation time had expired. We appreciated their thoughtful consideration and recommend the staff at the Grotthuss highly.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location in the old town. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel or use the restaurant, preferring to sample local cafes and restaurants, but I imagine the standard would have been very good. The hotel was quiet given the prevailing Covid situation, but the staff were very helpful and professional.
