To expensive for what you get
Problem starts already when you arrive by car. No short term parking space in front of the hotel because the dedicated car parks are always blocked permanently. Had to park in a public car park and carry the luggage to the hotel. Unfriendly and unprofessionel check in staff. Check in took us more then 20 Minutes. A second room for my daughter was not cleaned and ready when she entered the room. Took again long time to get her switched to another room. Hotel completely overprized.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel der Luxusklasse
Tipp für das Hotel: Zimmer zur Hofseite geben lassen. Die Aussicht ist zwar grottig, aber es ist ruhig und man kann nachts das Fenster auf lassen. Zur Straßenseite hin ist es laut und die Klimaanlage ist leider viel zu schwach, um die fehlende Frischluft zu kompensieren.

Alles was man für einen Businesstrip braucht
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ist einfach und schnell vom Flughafen erreichbar. Der Empfang ist 24h besetzt und bei jeder Frage sehr zuvorkommend und freundliche. Die Hotelbar und Cafe ist mir nicht so sympathisch gewessen, nichts um sich lange aufhalten zu wollen aber für das sind ja die unzähligen Pubs und Cafes in der nähe da. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend jedoch leider nicht Im Preis imbegriffen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Top Lage
Die Drehscheibe in Vigo für Ausflüge ist der nur ca. 7 Minuten entfernte Hafen. Ausflüge am besten am Schiffsweg ins Naturschutzgebiet Cies und umliegende Städte. Vom Hotel erreicht man auch schnell die Shopping Straße und die besten Restaurants. Das Hotelzimmer war mit Badewanne und leider ohne Dusche. Badezimmer und Toilette in einem ziemlich kleinen Raum. Papiertücher fehlten sonst war alles in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit allerdings brauchte es einige Zeit bis wir wirklich die besten Restaurants ausfindig machen konnten.

This is one of the best, most spacious and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at, with the most incredible service you will ever find. Special shout out to “Alberto”, he welcomed us and made us feel at home, same with “Saray”, always a smile on her face. Super special shout out to “Marcos”, WOW!!! I won’t give specific details about the circumstances because he did so much for us in such a short time, all I can say is the level of customer service and professionalism he displayed was far beyond what anyone could expect, going out of his way to help us. This hotel is comfortable, rooms are ample and very clean, it’s situated in a very central location, food was very good and fresh at breakfast and the restaurant very good too.

Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado
O hotel é muito confortável e muito bem localizado. O pequeno almoço é excelente, com muita variedade e alimentos de qualidade. O serviço é muito bom e os profissionais são atenciosos. O único ponto a demandar por aprimoramento é a internet. Pela noite, com o hotel mais cheio, o serviço de internet não é eficaz, sendo impossível se ter acesso a vídeos no iPad ou iPhone.

Ja fiquei no hotel outras vezes. Fico normalmente nesta rede. Mas a internet deste hotel foi lamentável. Nao se pode fazer uma reunião ou mesmo acessar videos do netflix. Hoje em dia internet boa é elementar.

Un week-end de trois jours fin septembre avec 30 degrés pour profiter de la plage. L’accueil à la réception a été excellente et le reste du personnel toujours réactif et chaleureux. Nous avons prit deux chambres simples très bien équipées. La vue par contre donnant sur le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas top mais bon…nous étions juste là pour dormir. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité pour déjeuner et dîner excellents et, des boîtes de nuit assez festives à quelques mètres mais qui ne nuisent absolument pas à la tranquillité de l’hôtel. Un centre de fitness est également présent avec vestiaire et douche très sympa. Les chambres sont équipées d’un mini bar avec plusieurs boissons toujours réapprovisionné et gracieuse. Un voiturier est disponible pour garer votre voiture ou tout simplement vous la sortir du parking en s’adressant à la réception.

Recepção e quarto muito bons. Não tem mais nada.
Gostamos muito do quarto (top) e da recepção. Pena que o hotel não oferece mais serviços. Não usamos o café da manhã, mas pareceu excelente. O restaurante quase não existe. Tinha um estacionamento conveniado mas não vimos nada ao chegar e a recepcionista não avisou. A localização é boa, mas a vista não. Não tem um spa, uma piscina ou um ginásio.

Brilliant hotel in stunning city
This was my first visit to Vigo and it is an amazing place that few people will have on their holiday agenda. It is an amazing city with lots to do and see and incredible scenery around it. The hotel made the journey worthwhile and is 10 minutes downhill from the main station. Beautiful building, good staff and the bedroom was amazing. Would highly recommend both Vigo and this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting.
