Gute Übernachtung direkt am Meer
Sehr schön gelegen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, gutes Restaurant, alles fußläufig erreichbar, nichts fehlte im Zimmer. Netter lebendiger Ört mit schönen Restaurants, tolles Brot und Kuchen im französischen Restaurant. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel mit schönem Pool
Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Frühstück super und die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war due Baustelle gegenüber, da dort schon am Morgen natürlich gehämmert und gebohrt wurde. Sonst alles super.

Me and my husband stayed at the hotel, and when he left for work the next morning he was unable to shower. The hotel didn’t have water and he was forced to leave to make it to workon time.. We called the reception to inquired on the water but said there hadn't been any since 10 pm the night prior. We weren't given any notice nor any reimbursement for the inconvenience.

Liked: adjacent to beautiful walkable harbor. Big room, comfy beds, nice gym, great hot tub. Disliked: no dresser is room(?!), hot tub kind of lukewarm, no wipes/hand sanitizer in gym to clean equipment and self. But, in total, a nice stay, very nice facility.

This is the 3rd time I stayed at this hotel. It seems the carpet had recently been cleaned and did have a moldy scent. But over all it's safe and convenient to drive downtown or walk the harbor.

Looks are very deceiving from the pictures online. It is not an indoor hotel. You walk into the lobby and then take the elevator upstairs to the rooms. The rooms are actually outdoors. Not what I was expecting at all. Although the sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was very basic. The bathrooms are very outdated as well as the room itself. The bathroom Too clean. There was random pieces of other peoples hair in my restroom. Would not stay here again

This hotel is one long walk from one end to the other, with the lobby and elevators at the middle. I was given a room that necessitated me carrying my bags almost to the very end, quite a distance. Also, the room have doors that face the outside, and they are fairly noisy too. The restaurant didn't open until 7:30 AM(!), very late compared to most that I have stayed at.

We had to walk a very long way tobour room. We had the last room and I dont walk well due to an accident. It was really tough with luggage. The ice machine was out of order. Some of the furniture in our room looked old and had scars but the room was very clean and the bedding fresh. The best part were the delicious breakfastes at Alexanders. The staff were exceptionally courteous.

Dirty and safety issues. Find another place!
The staff was friendly when we checked in but the room was filthy dirty. The refrigerator did not work but they did come and replace it. The front door latch system did not work properly and it took 5 minutes to open the door. Major safety issues!!! They did offer to move us to another room but we were heading to a business event and did not have time. Two other working colleagues were also disappointed with the cleanness of the rooms. We will definitely not be back!

Everything was great! Check-in was busy but once it was my turn, it was quick. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved that the room had a patio with a nice view. Walked to the Harbor and it was about a 20 minute walk which is kinda far for me but I survived :-) . Ordered a cheeseburger, chocolate cake, and clam chowder from the hotel restaurant. It was ready for pick up quickly and the clam chowder was delicious! Overall, great stay.

Started out very noisy on the 1st floor, we asked to be moved to a quieter area for our 2nd night, they were very accommodating and it was wonderful!! I would suggest if you are a light sleeper to ask for the 3rd floor.

This is an older but very nice property. The staff was nice and it’s clean. Also close to several dining options. However the thermostat on the room heater was broken and we had to turn it off and on manually throughout the night. Also the TV was either broken or not at all user friendly. We couldn’t access a guide and viewing options were limited.

I stayed here for one night while visiting the Channel Islands. I found the property to be clean and staff friendly. Of special note was the incredibly comfortable bed and hot shower. I loved the coffee service too. I do want to comment that the air conditioning/heating system needs to be repaired. It was a bit noisy. I was in Room 207. Other than that, terrific.
