„A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. „DO NOT STAY HERE! The host was initially easy to communicate with, but once the trouble started she disappeared. 20 degrees outside and NO HEAT. The owner would not reply, so I booked a different place to stay. The place is in a good location, but very run down and not well kept. Door held shut with duct tape, refrigerator leaks, wiring hazards in the bathroom. VRBO actually told me that "heat is not on the list of included amenities". Do yourself a favor and stay at a different place.“
