„We had a large group visiting Leadville for a winter vacation and had to rent two(2) houses. The adult children stayed at this property while the parents were at another. The location of this house with the large windows provided wonderful views everyday! Loved that it was at the end of the road and the location was very quiet and peaceful. The house's amenities were as stated and we would stay here again. “

„The kitchen was well equipped, and it was very pet friendly, especially with the open space behind the home. It was fun hiking up on the trails. The parking for our two SUVs was pretty tight, but manageable. Overall, the home is beautiful and a perfect size to host a family get together. It was very warm, open and comfortable for our family. The only thing missing was the snow. “

Owners were responsive, but there were no instructions for the house, so we were left guessing about various things, including check-out process. The TV was quite small and the wifi connection was unstable. It’s also a shame the fireplace did not work. „There were no instructions provided on how to use the heaters. We could never get the down stairs heater to turn on no heat downstairs our entire visit, also the heater upstairs was programed to heat for a certain amount of time then it would go down. The house was really cold the entire stay. The furniture in the living room is so old snd worn out very uncomfortable really, really needs to be replaced. The remote for the TV only works if you stand right in front of it. It no longer has a back ...

„We really enjoyed our stay at The Mountain Terrace. The property is very nicely designed and very comfortable. Listing is accurate and property is as shown. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. We had a small issue with a few kitchen outlets and the problem was swiftly resolved (in person!) within an hour. Very well managed property in an excellent location to local ski resorts. Would definitely stay again.“
