Service
Firstly, i was given 2 seperate beds. Where we were couple. And they knew we'll check in as couple, inspite that they provided 2 separate beds. Not acceptable. Also, i asked the receptionist that pls don't accept any payment from the guests; on that they said we can't do that. Pls come before they chech out. I mean what was that. They could update the request in their system, so that any payment isn't accepted through the guest.
