„El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar “

„Buen lugar, muy bien ubicado para ir al parque Jaime duque y a Zipaquirá, el estacionamiento es en el conjunto así que no hay problema, buen internet, sólo faltó algunos productos de higiene como jabón para ducha, hay televisión Smart Tv para conectarse a Youtube o Netflix pero no hay señal por cable, de resto todo muy bien, productos de cocina disponibles para hacer de comer y ducha caliente.“

"Das Hotel ist ruhig, sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer müsste mal wieder etwas aufgehübscht werden. Es war groß und mit Ausblick, aber die Lüftung könnte besser laufen.
Die Kaffeemaschine war ebenfalls defekt.

What we didn't like about our 8-day stay was that we were never greeted by the receptionist, and eye contact was also strictly avoided, which we found very unfriendly. The gym is small; there were no towels on four days, and one day there was no water. We won't be visiting the Novotel in Bogota again. We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options.
The only downside was that our room faced the front of the hotel, where the street noise was quite noticeable. Additionally, the gym next door starts playing loud music at 7 AM – it almost felt like we were part of a Zumba class!
