„El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar “

„Everything was great initally. When i went to extend my stay gor another nite, they told me they would not accept expedia bookings, only cash. Since i already booked it and after showing my expedia receipt, they accepted that for one more nite. I feel they should not be on expedia site if theyre not accepting expedia payment, only cash on site. I was disappointed.“

"We liked the hotel's excellent location; shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away.
There was also security personnel. We also liked the gym and the rooftop terrace.
We didn't use the restaurant or bar, so we can't comment on those.
What we didn't like about our 8-day stay was that we were never greeted by the receptionist, and eye contact was also strictly avoided, which we found very unfriendly. The security personnel sometimes greeted us, sometimes not; the cleaning staff always greeted us and were very friendly. The gym is small; there were no towels on four days, and one day there was no water. We won't be visiting the Novotel in Bogota again. We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious options.
The only downside was that our room faced the front of the hotel, where the street noise was quite noticeable. Additionally, the gym next door starts playing loud music at 7 AM – it almost felt like we were part of a Zumba class!
Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and are happy overall. I think we’ll be back!"
