- sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das auf alle Wünsche eingeht - sehr leckeres Frühstück - tolle Anlage mitten im Dschungel, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und Stimmung - super Massagen - tolle Pools - gut geplante Touren, die vom Hotel angeboten werden - 2x am Tag kommt der Zimmerservice Einfach perfekt zum Runterkommen :) Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!

Es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Anlage war einfach klasse. Unsere Villa mit Blick auf das Reisfeld hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war insgesamt auch sehr lecker. Inklusive war ein stündlicher Shuttle, sehr gutes Frühstück und Nachmittagssnack mit Kaffee und Tee. Das Personal war sehr höflich. Die Massage war auch sehr gut, nur etwas teurer. In Ubud gibt es viele günstige Massagen. Allerdings ist hier im Hotel das gesamte Ambiente sehr schön. Die Nähe zu Ubud Zentrum ist sehr vorteilhaft und dennoch ist man im Hotel in einer entspannten und ruhigen Oase. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr persönliche Begrüßung durch den Hotelmanager mit ausführlicher Beschreibung der Anlage. Kleine, sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage, wunderschön angelegt mit Blick auf die Reisfelder und den üppigen Regenwald. Stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit Blick für das Detail.Traumhafter Ausblick vom Pool und vom Balkon aus. Neues, sauberes Gym mit tollem Ausblick ins Grüne. Sehr gutes, liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück. Es werden interessante Umgebungstouren vom Hotel aus angeboten. Kostenloser Shuttle ins Zentrum von Ubud. Ohne Einschränkung kann man dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Hier lohnt es sich länger zu bleiben
Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. In Ubud und von Ubud aus kann man sehr vieles sehen und erleben. Leider hat uns die Zeit dazu gefehlt. Es empfiehlt sich min 1 Woche zu bleiben. Das Hotel liegt nur gute 5 Min. ausserhalb des Ubudzentrum und ist mit dem stündlichen Shuttel sehr gut erreichbar. Das Spa im Hotel ist zwar etwas teuerer als die DaySpa in Ubud. Dafür ein sensationelles Erlebnis. Sehr sauben, bequeme Liegen und Sessel und professionelle Angestellte. Ich hatte hier die schönste Massage meines Lebens und bin selber gelernte Masseurin. Wir mussten zwar unsere Poolvilla am 1. Tag wechseln, wurden aber mit eines Massage für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschädigt. Der Kochkurs ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, es hat echt Spass gemacht!

Beautiful place. Love the peacefulness and quietness of this place. Not too far from Ubud shopping center. They have a shuttle to take you to the center and pick you up. All staff were friendly. Attentive and prompt to any concerns. We stayed there 8 days. Suprasa the manager was really nice, upgraded our room with a private pool when he noticed we were staying for couple days. Checked in on us to see how everything was and attentive to needs and concerns. We had breakfast here everyday overlooking the beautiful rice terrace, there was a good selection of choices. We were usually out exploring so we had lunch and dinner somewhere else. But the restaurant does serve lunch and dinner as well. The Infiniti pool was very enjoyable. My heart misses everyone at this beautiful resort.

Excellent value for money for UBUD
As good or better than the photos. Very large individual pool and huge room. Bathroom top notch and very clean and super quiet at night. The on site restaurant was better than anywhere else we ate in Ubud and staff could not be more helpful or friendly. Definitely stay there again unless this and other positive reviews push prices out of our range!

Awesome trip
We stayed with 3 kids (aged 7,5,2) for our 9th anniversary trip. We got lots of surprises from the villa (petals in bath tub, petals on the bed, a delicious cake and even upgraded room). They made us feel special. Very nice, quiet and privacy villa. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be served at their cafe or in the room. The kids loved it!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 9 night stay at Wapa di Ume Ubud. This was my third visit to Ubud in the past five years, and I stayed at two other resorts on my previous trips. Wapa di Ume Ubud had turned out to be my favorite resort by far. For my future visits to Ubud, I will only stay here from now on. The hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff were so amazing. Everyone greeted me each time with a big, authentic smile. I felt like I was treated like family or a friend, not just as a guest. I highly recommend the villa with private pool. Everything I had at Mr. Wayan, Coffee and Eatery was exceptional, from their Indonesian selections to their Western selections. I am looking forward to returning to Wapa di Ume Ubud next year.

The peacefulness and the staff make this hotel outstanding . We got a free upgrade which was amazing and the rooms are wonderful . The tranquility of the surroundings are a welcome contrast to the chaos of Ubud centre where you can get a free hotel shuttle. Yoga and Lesminnie where both outstanding in their kindness and nothing ever seems to much to ask

The views are excellent and the service is extraordinary. The hotel is also very conveniently located near the art market and shopping area. Breakfast is really good too! Getting around within the property requires quite a lot of unsheltered walking.

This place was probably once amazing. Not at all anymore. The handle in our shower came right off. No hot water or pressure to begin with. They did fix it but would not use the tub for any reason. Both the tub and the toilet looked like they had been leaking and improperly fixed. Throughout the property there was mold on many of the outdoor surfaces. The breakfast was not good at all. One day the yogurt was warm. Another the scrambled eggs were not even close to cooked. The stench throughout the grounds was absolutely disgusting. I honestly have no idea how this has as many stars as it does. The only positive was the staff's friendliness.

The staff and service were wonderful. We stayed for one night last minute for a special occasion, and received an upgrade to a pool villa and a celebration cake. I also had a massage which was lovely. We had room service dinner which arrived quickly. We could hear the live music quite loudly from the room, but it stopped quite early (around 9).

We stayed for a week and had a very relaxing time and were looked after by the staff. The surrounds are beautiful, in the midst of rice fields; the room was spacious, clean and luxurious; the breakfasts were pretty good, especially if you stick to the Indonesian menu. It's not super-close to the heart of Ubud, but there's an hourly shuttle bus to get you in there and it's also cheap enough to get your own transport.

Amazing hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and took care of absolutely anything requested. Grounds were beautiful and the room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. We will be back.

The people of Bali are wonderful and the staff at Wapa di Uma is no exception. The facilities of the resort and environment it is set in are absolutely amazing. We dined at the resort restaurant much more than I initially planned due to the hospitality of the staff working there. The resort focuses on your stay from the incredibly friendly personalities of the staff to the continuous cleanliness of the entire facility. The property sits against beautiful terraced rice patties and is loaded with tropical plants, flowers, and koi fish.
