Palast im Jungle
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben 11 Nächte hier verbracht. Die Villas sind ein Traum. Ein Palast im Jungel. Und deshalb sollte man sich auch nicht an einem Gecko oder an einer Ameise stören die ins Zimmer kommt. Ich finde es eher erstaunlich wie sie es schaffen die Tiere so draussen zu halten. Der Zimmerservice kommt 2 mal Täglich mit neuen Tüchern. Wasser und die Fruchtschale wird täglich aufgefüllt. Wäscheservice hat perfekt funktioniert. Aussicht Herrlich. Zum Frühstück gibt es 3 Optionen in der Karte (Kein Buffet). War sehr lecker, allerdings nach 10 Tagen wirds etwas langweilig, da auch die Konfitüre des Tages immer die selbe war. Spa war toll, es wäre aber schön wenn die Damen zur Beratung besser English sprechen könnten.

Entspannung pur
Insgesamt durften wir 6 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbringen. Der Service war ausgesprochen gut und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. 2x tgl. kam der Room-Service und hat Wasserflaschen, Handtücher und ähnliches nachgefüllt und ausgetauscht. Frühstück wird im Café am Hauptpool serviert, dort hat man ebenfalls einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Tal. Das Hotel an sich ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum Ubuds, jedoch bietet es tgl. einen Shuttelservice zu festgelegten Zeiten an. Wer ein Hotel sucht zum entspannen und abschalten der ist hier genau richtig.

Schönes Hotel, einzelne Villen, sehr schön gelegen
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in diesem Hotel und es war ein Traum vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Unsere Villa war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten einen eigenen kleinen Pool, den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Morgens gab es frisches Obst und Wasser, jeden Abend Betthupferl. Der Service war einwandfrei, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet, aber man konnte zwischen mehreren Frühstücksarten wählen, alles war mehr als ausreichend. Auch die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie angemessen. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Zwar lagen die Villen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, aber es gab einen Buggyservice, der hervorragend funktionierte. Es war wirklich ein traumhafter Urlaub und ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

The place is amazing and the staff is so friendly. However, I experienced a theft there. One of the team stole $100 of my money that was placed in my back and when I reported to the management they did not take any action only giving me a free massage. I had to not clean my room consistently because I did not trust the housekeeping team anymore.

Paradise on earth! The resort was absolutely amazing! This was our first time in Bali and wanted a hotel that was outside of the busy downtown core but still close enough to visit during the day. This hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. they were kind, warm and you can really tell they take pride in the location. The location has the essential Bali feel and has the character and charm that transports you to the region. The villa was private, with the most amazing view. the resort also has free shuttles everyday to Ubud centre which makes day trips so easy. We are already planning our trip back and suggest you book your stay ASAP.

What an absolute delight it was to stay at Puri Wulandari. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful setting we relaxed exactly as we had hoped for. The staff are all outstanding, honestly they are so willing to help in any way they can, it was heart warming. The villas are comfortable and spacious with beautifully kept gardens, views etc - so tranquil. A special shout out to chefs Made Sumayasa and Putu for the cooking class, which started with an early morning visit to the market and culminated in a delicious Balinese 3 course lunch. It was such fun and we had a ball learning from your experience. Thank you to all your amazing staff - they make Puri Wulandari very special.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. It’s a beautiful, quiet location with wonderful villas, each with their own pool. The service was excellent. All requests were fulfilled quickly and completely- meals, transportation, and room service (definitely recommend having breakfast in-villa every morning!). Great stay and would definitely return again if I go back to Bali!

Gedetailleerd en waarheidsgetrouw geschreven
alles was prima in orde, veel ruimte. Wel aandacht besteden aan klanten die 2 aparte en gescheiden bedden willen. Is er niet n.l. Verder is het transport per buggy naar alle locaties ok maar soms moet daar vanwege onderbezetting of drukte te lang op gewacht worden. Het viel ons op dat er bij het geserveerde keurige ontbijt wel weinig keuze is tav gezonder eten, heb zelf b.v. verse gember thee gevraagd maar dat zou eigenlijk standaard moeten zijn. Verse pepermunt of kamille thee moet ook mogelijk zijn. Dan zeker ook een keuze voor meer verse vruchten zoals mango, mangosteen etc. Na hierover een opmerking te maken kregen wij overigens elke dag heerlijke verse mango. Ook wij aten zoals veel gasten elke avond buiten de deur. De sfeer in het restaurant van het hotel is erg clean, bijna saai en vooral gericht op ouderen. Heel gezellig en varierend om het toch een klein beetje afgelegen (maar daardoor ook rustige) hotel 's avonds te verlaten. Dan nog een tip...mochten er gezinnen komen met jonge kinderen dan is het raadzaam om die een verblijf te geven bij andere kinderen die daar in de buurt zitten. Zodoende storen ze met hun gegil de oudere gasten die er voor hun welverdiende rust zitten niet. Ik hoop dat jullie hiermee iets kunnen. Verder hebben wij ook geprobeerd het hotel La Capella te bezoeken om daar te gaan kijken voor een mogelijk volgend bezoek maar daar werden wij niet toegelaten (ik denk vanwege privacie redenen?) Wat is jullie reactie hierop?

ホテルの設備やスタッフの対応は良かった。しかし、部屋の中の大量の虫や料金の支払いに関するトラブルが多かったので総合では普通です。今回は一番下の部屋に泊まったので眺めが良くなかったけど、次回は上の方の部屋に泊まれるなら利用してもいいかなとは思う。しかしそういう宿泊プランは無さそうです。あと、135号室の風呂場は歩道から見えるのでご注意下さい。

Wonderful place to stay and recharge. The team here are just brilliant and so kind and went out of their way to ensure my wife and I were always treated well. Above Western prices for drinks... be warned! Restaurant best value with the Indonesian flavors which are wonderful. Western menu not well executed at all and over priced. Great value breakfast to have bundled in room rate. Villas are first rate, though a little tired. But views of the valleys from the lounge areas and private pools are the winners here.

I usually never write such feedbacks but if it has to help other travelers, it has to be true. Guys, this place is extremely over priced in terms of accommodation and then for food which is far worse than a normal food, very ironical to say this for a boutique resort in Bali, but staff is rude. We were even denied complimentary stuff in the hotel. If you do not want to ruin your trip, I would recommend you to steer away from browsing this place.

It was therefore with great surprise to read your comment on Expedia that you also addressed the issue pertaining to the over pricing and our quality food were beyond your expectations which can caused the misleading of our clientele and our reputation. We recalled your complaint regarding your laundry case but we are unfortunately not able to find any record that you did mention regarding the over price and our quality food during your stay with us. We are committed to clarify any concern you may have in regards to your benefits and service before you check-out from our property, however you have denied the options that we have offered to your cloth/ laundry case. We have re-processed your cloth and returned it in new condition. We have waived your laundry charges, even we have offered you to waive your dinner but finally you have refused it and came out with the option that we have to compensate your cloth with the non-reasonable price available in the original store. Guest satisfaction will always remain to be the entire team's priority. We embrace guest feedback as we consider detailed comments to be a cornerstone of our quality management and most importantly a great asset in improving our services for future guests. Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen
Absolutely blown away by this hotel. The staff were beyond accommodating, they were fun, generous and kind. Each of them knew our names and itineraries daily, asked about our adventures gave us great tips and introduced us to not only their culture but their personal lives as well. Hands down the most stunning hotel I’ve ever seen. This was a last minute booking, thanks to @hotelsdotcom as I had another hotel reserved which was not being responsive. @hotelsdotcom recommended canceling that room and booking another. After reading the outstanding reviews of @puriwulandariresort I made my new booking 3 days before arrival 😱. We were greeted with scented cool towels on our arrival, provided lunch, a small tour and escorted to our unbelievable room. @puriwulandariresort arranged all our daily activities and added complementary floating luches/ breakfasts and massages daily for booking through them. We had a blast and loved every minute and are already planning our return trip same time next year. ❤️

ヴィラから見る景色の美しさはウブド随一です。プライベートプールも隅々まで掃除が行き届いており本当に素晴らしい。本当に楽園のようだと思いました。初日は。 スタッフについては素晴らしい人も失礼な人もいました。 特にハウスキーパーの行いがひどかったです。 最初は朝夕こまめにミネラルウォーターを補充してくれ(一口しか飲んでいないのに新しい物と交換されていました)、使用済みのグラスを綺麗な物と交換してくれていたのに、2日目以降は一切補充してくれなくなりました。グラスもそのまま。最初はうっかり忘れたのかと思っていましたが、3回連続で補充がありませんでした。仕方なくバトラーに電話をしてミネラルウォーターを届けてもらいました。その後、ヴィラ内で朝食を食べるための朝食のオーダー用紙もない事に気づきましたが何度も持ってきてもらうのは申し訳ないので、翌朝はレストランまで食べに行きました。 ゲストが朝食を食べている間に部屋の掃除をしてくれる事になっているのですが、朝食から戻っても部屋は汚いままでした。プライベートプールには夜の間に昆虫の卵が産み付けられておりチェアーにはマットがセットされておらずタオルもないので暑くてもプールに入れない状態。 仕方がないのでバトラーに電話をし掃除に来てもらうようお願いしましたが、ハウスキーパー達が来たのは12時ごろでした。(私が朝食を食べたのは8時ごろ。9時以降に食べるゲストが多く、レストランはほぼ貸切状態でした。) 夕方お菓子を届けてくれるのですが3日目は届けにきてくれませんでした。 初日14輪だったフラワーバス用の花、最後は7輪だけでした。他の方のブログを拝見しても7輪だけなんて見た事がないです。 チェックアウトの際、全く使っていないミニバーの料金が手書きで加算されていました。うっかり間違えたのでしょうか?もちろん全く使っていない事を伝え、すぐに修正してもらいましたが。 これらは全てうっかりミスなのか? 私は迷惑行為など一切していないし、横暴な態度もとっていない。部屋も綺麗に使っていたし、嫌がらせを受けるいわれはないのだけれど。 今までホテルに400泊以上宿泊しているけれど、こんなひどいハウスキーパーは初めてです。どうしてなのか理由が知りたい。 それでも、このヴィラからの景色とプールの美しさは他を圧倒しています。

If you are looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat, this is it. The staff knew us by sight and cleaned our rooms every day while we ate breakfast. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and suits a variety of tastes. They arrange anything you need at the front desk, including arranging drivers and letting us know how much we should agree to pay a driver. We had our own private pool and outdoor shower, free bottled water, and a beautiful view of the jungle. It is well worth the extra money to stay in this beautiful hotel.

한 달 전 물어본 셔틀 서비스는 숙박일 당일 몇 시간 전에 알려주고, 체크인 시간도 오래 걸리고 불친절합니다. 제가 가본 발리호텔중 제일 불친절했습니다. 버틀러서비스를 제공한다고 했으나 요청한 수건이나 가운을 받으려면 여러번 전화해야 했으며, 전화도 받지 않습니다. 조식이 괜찮다는 후기를 들었어요. 글쎄요 해당 호텔 숙박비에 절반 이하인 곳의 조식이 더 나았습니다. 어메니티는 말할 것도 없고, 욕조는 배수가 되지않아 물어보니 이정도면 괜찮다며 가더라구요. 청결에 낮은 점수를 준 것은 썬베드가 전혀 관리돼있지 않았어요. 위치특성상 해충퇴치제정도는 구비돼있을거라 생각했는데 오산이었구요. 칭찬을 하자면... 풀빌라의 수질이 괜찮았다는 것? 이 정도 가격이면 더 좋은 곳 많아요. 다른 곳에 가세요. 이런 서비스를 제공받느니 에어비앤비를 추천합니다.

Close to town, personalised service.
2 adults, 2 children (7y and 4y). Very personalised service by all staff due to the small size of the resort. We were made to feel very special every day by the staff. Unlike other hotels that often default to 'no' for requests, this resort says 'yes' to almost everything. Lots of ants and insects, spiders, lizards, frogs and small mammals around that were a little unnerving when inside the villa or on the roof. The staff light a mosquito coil every evening in the gazebo however there are gaps around all doors so be sure to wear a personal repellant too. The door gaps also meant dirt, leaves etc. came inside often. Beautiful location, exquisite views, close to a main road and near enough to Ubud for outings. A little noisy from the white water rafters on the river so not as tranquil as it looks. We took a walk down to the river, very nice to do for daily exercise. Pools are not heated so for us personally it was often too cold to swim (early August) but we did enjoy the pool daily for quick dips. Too deep for young children so they need heavy supervision when outside. Would recommend a stay to anyone. Ubud is a lovely place to stay and we miss it already.

The room was full of insects and we can barely see at night because there is not enough lights. There is no buffet at breakfast but in demand from a small menu. We complaint about the insects and the employees said that it is normal as you are in Jungle so we decided to leave 1 day before as my wife was so scared from lezard and other insects. We were surprised that they want us to pay the night we did not stay, after threatening them to put what happened on social media they accept not to pay for the night that we will not stay.

This hotel is the best kept secret in Ubud. My husband and I had such a great experience last year, we had to come back again. We’ve stayed at other places in Bali, but this hotel has the best hospitality and the staff truly get to know you. We love this place and will be back again!
