Die Lage des Hotels nahe des Zentrums von Ubud ist ideal, wenn man tagsüber oder abends in Ubud shoppen oder ausgehen möchte. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem findet man erholsame Ruhe im Hotel.

wunderbarers hotel mit tollem pool! hatte das glück, ein zimmer im oberen stock zu erhalten, das mir sehr gut gefallen hat. die lage an der jalan monkey forrest mitten im zentrum von ubud war mir sehr wichtig. habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und ich werde sicher dorthin zurückkehren, wenn ich wieder einmal in ubud bin. silvia, schweiz.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt
Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmer mitten in der Stadt aber trotzdem ruhig. Zu Fuss viele Lokale, Geschäfte, Temple und der Monkey Forest erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Garten mit dem Pool ist eine kleine Oase. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Wir haben sogar unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängert!

Ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage
In diesem Hotel wurden wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Es liegt direkt an der quirligen Monkey Forest Road. Die Zimmer liegen aber im hinteren Bereich, so dass der Verkehrslärm nur wenig wahrgenommen wird. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Und der Service ist super.

Sehr schönes Hotel und gute Lage!
Unser 13-tägiger Aufenthalt in Ubud war etwas lang. Das nächste Mal würden wir auf der Insel herumreisen, um so etwas mehr Abwechslung zu haben. Das Hotel & Personal war aber ausgezeichnet! Überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.

Gutes Familienhotel
Der Hotelkomplex isr sehr schön und sauber, allerdings viel größer als es die Beschreibung vermuten lässt. Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr groß (vor allem das Bad) und hatte alles was man braucht und mehr! Der Balkon hat zwar keine tolle Aussicht, aber durch die üppige grüne Bepflanzung ist er dennoch schön. Der Service ist toll und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Was ebenfalls super ist, ist die Lage des Hotels! Man ist mitten in Ubud und kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Eine Info für Paare oder Alleinreisende: Es ist ein Familienhotel - Kindergeschrei und Getobe sind an der Tagesordnung. Der Pool ist dauerhaft mit aufblasbaren Spielutensilien gefüllt - an Enspannung war zumindest für uns hier nicht zu denken. Kommen wir nun zu den negativen Punkten. Das W-LAN ist eine Katastrophe. Wer mehr als WhatsApp nutzen will wird hier verzweifeln. Das Frühstück ist okay aber auch nichts besonderes für den gehobenen Preis. Wie oben beschrieben ist das Hotel viel größer als man denkt was auch zur Konsequenz hat, dass die Liegen am Pool Bereich immer besetzt sind. Wir wurden morgens öfters durch lautes Fegen der Angestellten geweckt - generell ist alles sehr hellhörig. Als Familie ist das Hotel sicherlich zu empfehlen - wir würden hier allerdings nicht noch einmal buchen.

Staying at Komaneka was an amazing experience that made our honeymoon even more special! The services, the professionality and kindness of all the staff made us happy everyday because we were in a small paradise. We actually booked the "Rasa Sayan" but we stayed there only one night, due to the extension of the hotel,there were a noisy construction site closed to our room. we were so lucky that we moved to "Komaneka at monkey forest ". This hotel is situated few meters from the Rasa Sayan but its in a jungle and everything little detail is curated with love. The selected breakfast and The ceremony are definitely a plus of all the Komaneka hotels. When we left we received a sweet present, water and cookies for the way... Thanks a lot ! Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit erstklassigem, herzlichem und aufmersamen Service. Sehr freundliches Personal, von welchem man persönlich angesprochen wird. Herrliche Poolanlage. Einige Zimmer verfügen über eine Terasse mit einem kleinen Tropengarten - wem eine Aussicht auf die Ortschaft wichtig ist, sollte ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen verlangen.

Wunderschöne Oase mitten im trubeligen Ubud
Wir sind abends angekommen, sehr herzlich vom Hotel empfangen worden und konnten recht schnell unsere traumhaft schöne Pool Villa beziehen. Wir mieteten uns über das Hotel ein Moped und sind damit den halben Tag herumgefahren, nachmittags am Pool entspannt und abends sind wir wieder raus und haben uns auf der Monkey Forest Road oder Jalan Gotama ein Warung gesucht und immer herovrragend gegessen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist a la Carte, wobei wir auf Sonderwünsche ohne Probleme eingegangen wurde.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest smiles and positive energy from the staff. A special shoutout to Yan Nik, our first receptionist, who set the tone for our entire stay with her welcoming demeanor. Throughout our time at the hotel, every staff member we encountered was fantastic. Whether it was the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff, or the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The food was also an absolute highlight of our stay. We opted for a different starter and main course at every breakfast, and each dish was incredibly delicious. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings really impressed us. The friendliness, positivity, and amazing service made our stay memorable. I can't recommend Komaneka at Rasa Sayang enough.

Our stay was memorable. The attention your staff paid to service and hospitality was outstanding. This is by far the best 4-5-star hotel we have ever stayed at, and we travel quite frequently. Our room was spacious, well laid out, well cleaned and maintained daily, and just beautiful with a balcony overlooking greens. I can't say enough about how I appreciate the friendliness and sincerity of the staff, who went beyond the call of duty to make us feel spoiled with very thoughtful gestures we have not experienced at other hotels. The location is ideal - just several meters away from many excellent restaurants and retail shops, but very quiet and serene when we are in our room. This is our second stay at Komaneka, and we will definitely choose Komaneka Rasa Sayang when we come to Bali next.

Where do I begin! The amount this hotel provides for the price is unbelievable! Staff were so great, everyone knew our names, remembered the food and coffee drinks we likes, were always willing and able to help. Free breakfast was DELICIOUS, with a buffet, full menu and lattes available for free! Free daily yoga and we did a free class where they showed us how to make the traditional Bali Canang sari offerings. It is right in the town too and a short walk to all the restaurants and the monkey forest! We even walked to the yoga barn in 15-20 minutes. I can't say enough great things about Komaneka! It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Oh yeah! They filled our bathtub with flowers in the shape of a heart!

Quite nice but so many insects like mosquitos or ants. There was NO bed bugs though. The worst thing I didn't like in this hotel, when I was been seated at the breakfast buffet, the staff didn't change the table cloth, she just put a new cutrary on the used (and got dirty) table cloth. Overall the breakfast service is not good at all. But everything else I experienced here was fine

We stayed 10 days in the rooftop villa and had a most pleasurable stay. The staff was excellent, friendly and went out of their way to create a pleasant stay. Lovely hotel
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; a nice touch is the fresh fruit and jar filled with delicious chocolate chip cookies provided. The breakfast buffet is small but well prepared and with enough variety to suit different tastes. The staff is also very nice and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms have only one outlet if you need to recharge your electronics, which means that if you are sharing your room, you'll have to share the outlet. The hotel is conveniently located along a major road, right by many restaurants as well as a couple of convenience stores and several money changers within walking distance. I'd happily stay here again if I'm in Ubud in thr future.

The staff were amazingly friendly, I felt very taken care of here as a solo traveler - authentic smiles all the time. Booked a rooftop suite and enjoyed the monkey visits in the morning - great videos to send back home! Pool was very cold, lounge area small but sufficient. Breakfast offerings were very good and no additional charge for specialty latte or cappuccino! Enjoyed a massage with a flower bath - wow! Never felt so luxurious, special memory I’ll have forever. Monkey forest is 10 min walk down the hill - worth a visit and it’s nicely shaded. This was my first but not my last to ubud - nice change change in scenery from uluwatu.

Komaneka is an oasis in the middle of bustling Ubud. Stepping into the entrance off the Main Street brought a sense of calm. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming but not interfering . They remember you as you walk by. One front staff member went out of his way to make sure our transportation was set-up correctly and we were not being double charged for. It just demonstrates the extra effort they go to.
