The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the edge of the Monkey Forest. The rooms (suites) are very clean, although there are still a few small areas where improvements could be made.
The service and the way guests are treated are truly outstanding. Everyone at the hotel knows who you are and which room you’re staying in, which makes the experience feel very personal.
We would especially like to mention Lia, who made our stay unforgettable. We’ve never experienced someone so attentive, kind, and genuinely caring in any other accommodation before. We truly hope she’ll still be working at Kaamala when we return. Thank you, Lia, for the special touch you added to our stay!
The resort itself is modern and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the jungle.
Breakfast is generally good, though there’s a bit of inconsistency. Sometimes you get a fruit platter, sometimes not. Occasionally chamomile tea is available, and other times only coffee. These are small issues, though, and didn’t affect our overall experience.
All in all, a wonderful hotel that we would gladly return to.
