„This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and ...

„Very hot due to only 1 of 3 AC windows units installed. When I told host twice, he would argue they were installed instead of sending someone to fix it. Only after we checked out he said we would send electrician to fix it. “

„Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.“

„Carl is a wonderful host. We communicated often, and he checked in to make sure everything was well. The space is amazing. It’s on 2 levels: the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd level. The ac is great, and there are many tvs. There’s a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and lots of closets. We were generations staying there and it was perfect for us.“
