„We were visiting Alaska for the Iditarod, but decided to visit Fairbanks for a few days first then ride the Alaska Train To Anchorage. This property was conveniently located In a quiet neighborhood near our fav breakfast restaurant, Cookie Jar. We took naps and went out to look for the lights which we saw both nights. The second night was the best. The rental met our needs quite well. All bedrooms were upstairs with 2 1/2 baths. It was quiet, beds comfortable and there was also a garage ...

„Overall: a very comfortable home, with everything we needed! The light fixture over the table was VERY bright; we unscrewed all but one of the bulbs, and that helped. Instructions said to take the trash “out”, but we couldn’t find a trash bin outside. So we gathered the trash, and left it inside, near the door (so critters couldn’t get it). A shovel, to shovel the walkway, would have been handy.“

„The property is just like the listing. Very clean and well taken care of. There is tons of space for everyone to spread out. Loved that we were able to see the Northern Lights from the yard during our visit. Loved that we weren't in the middle of the city but only 15ish minutes for everywhere we wanted to go in town. Appreciated some snacks and treats provided. The host is very communicative and easy to reach when needed. Would highly recommend people stay here. Would stay here again.“

„This cabin was perfect for our Fairbanks/North Pole visit. The cabin was cute, clean, provided everything needed. The location is about a four minute drive from Chena Lake Recreation area where we were able to watch the Northern lights. The house is new so there weren’t any instructions on check-out process. Looks like they are building a couple of these cute cabins and are in the beginning phases. Host was easy to contact when needed. Highly recommend this house. We didn’t want to leave!“
