Sauber und gute Unterkunft in Tucson. Leider was das in der Hilton Honors Member Card enthaltene Frühstück nicht inklusive und was sehr teuer.

This property seems to be incapable of communicating with Expedia and the customer pays the price. I would not book this property through a 3rd party, the inability for the 2 companies to communicate modifications will cost the customer. Poor customer service.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Incredible service. Especially at the front desk and front door. We felt welcomed and appreciated. It was clean and bright.

The property is clean and nice, $20 For self parking is a bit steep. The brunch food we ordered was disgusting and poor service (waited 20 min for the check) but the room and property were pretty.

Lovely hotel. Fun place to stay. Beds comfortable Lively. Room service awesome but the room service from the restaurant was not good. Salmon/dessert/salad I could not eat it.

Everything at the hotel was great as we areived we had a gated entrance and you can choose to park yourself or choose valet parking. Sometimes I see images of hotels and then arrive to something that is just not held up to standard. Here, Everything was as shown in the image and in the description. Beds and chair was comfortable, balcony was nice as well and private. I will definitely be making more stays here.

Excellent property
Clean, stylish, incredibly comfortable property in easy walking distance to downtown Tucson and cultural attractions. A bit more expensive than I’m used to, but I stayed on a weekend during their peak season and there was nothing else cheaper in the area. I’d absolutely stay there again. Why do the most expensive properties always charge for parking?? ($20 for self, $27 - plus tip - for valet.)

The guys at the parking valet were absolutely awesome and extremely friendly. It was late and the coffee area had closed. I wanted some hot tea and the young lady was nice night to make some up special for me. I highly recommend this hotel—- great location - right off freeway into downtown area. Will be back

Trying to drive into the hotel was confusing; guy at the outdoor valet stared at us as we tried to figure out how to get to the hotel lobby; clerk who checked us in was pathetic in his explanation for how to park our car; bartender was the only guy who explained why the hotel entrance was so barricaded

Exceptionally Good Weekend Rate
Was in Tucson overnight to attend a funeral only 2 blocks from the hotel--at historic, beautiful St.Augustine Cathedral. Great, convenient location. Adjacent, dedicated surface parking was a bit pricy for Tucson at $20/day but was mitigated by the very low weekend Sunday hotel room rate of $126 (included taxes) in late January 2024. No coupons were used. Rates during the week were quoted substantially higher (+2-3 X more, so check closely). Hotel is clean and all aspects appear to be new to nearly new and well maintained. No on-site meals seemed to be available (and no breakfast). I inadvertently left a small travel bag on tge counter at check-in. Tasteful contemporary design inside and out.
