Cleaning services upon request and appointment with our team: replacement of linen and ongoing cleaning by our team as part of the cleaning package mentioned in the listing.

--> Please remember that you will be staying in our accommodation and not a hotel. Kindly respect the premises and the neighborhood.
--> We kindly request that you leave the place in good condition as you found it upon arrival, empty the trash and dispose of it in the containers located in the courtyard. The door is located on the right at the back before the passageway. Please make sure to close the windows, lower the heating, turn off all lights, and if possible, remove the sheets and place them along with the towels in the bathroom.
--> If you encounter any issues, I will make sure to take immediate action as soon as possible. However, please note that there is no one living on-site 24/7.
--> Cleaning is included and provided for by professionals for restoring the place to its original state. The dishes should be washed and put away before your departure. An additional fee of €10 will be requested otherwise or upon your request.
--> Sheets and towels will be provided for each guest. Change of linen will be done upon request and with an additional fee.
--> Upon arrival, you will find soap, shower gel, coffee, and tea at your disposal for the first day of your visit. The products for the rest of your stay are at your own expense.
--> If you need to stay beyond the indicated check-out time, an additional fee will be applied: €10 per each additional time slot (per hour).
--> Early check-in is possible with an additional fee: €10 per each additional time slot (per hour).
--> In case the presence of an animal is detected, with fur, droppings, or other obvious signs, an additional fee of €50 will be requested to carry out disinfection of the premises (allergens, bacteria, etc.).
--> In case any type of smoke odor is detected (cigarette, drugs, shisha, etc.), an additional fee of €50 will be requested to carry out disinfection of the premises.
--> It is explicitly requested to leave the place as you found it upon arrival. Empty the trash, tidy up, and report any issues that occurred during your stay. Any additional fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
--> In all cases of non-compliance with the house rules, an additional fee of €50 will be charged for administrative expenses.
