Full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and stove top with the necessary pots and pans,dishes and silverware. A washer/dryer. The wifi was a little spotty at times, but didn't last long. I will definitely look here first the next time in town. “

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die Zimmer sehr großzügig für Hotels im alten Viertel. Die Zimmer waren stets makellos. Alle Mitarbeiter sind durch ihre zuvorkommende Art, gute Laune und Freundlichkeit aufgefallen - vor allem die Herren, die in der Lobby die Türen auf aufhalten und die Damen und Herren, die sich so wunderbar um das Frühstück kümmern. Das Frühstück war fantastisch! Eine schöne Auswahl an wechselnden Gerichten und auch landestypische Gerichte.

"Mein Aufenthalt im The Hanoi Club Hotel & Residences war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die dringend einer Verbesserung bedürfen.
Das Hotel ist eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders auffällig war dies im Wellnessbereich, der stark renovierungsbedürftig ist. Die Sauna und andere Einrichtungen wirkten nicht nur alt, sondern wiesen auch einen erheblichen Schimmelbefall auf – ein absolutes No-Go für einen Bereich, der der Entspannung dienen soll.
Das Frühstück war hauptsächlich auf indische Gäste ausgerichtet, was an sich kein Problem ist, aber es fehlten nahezu alle typischen vietnamesischen oder internationalen Optionen. Wer sich auf ein Frühstück mit lokaler Note gefreut hat, wird hier enttäuscht.
Während meines Aufenthalts wurde der Aufzug ausgetauscht, sodass der Zugang zum Zimmer nur über den Personaleingang möglich war. Das war zwar ungewohnt, aber nicht weiter schlimm, da das Hotelpersonal freundlich und hilfsbereit war.
Insgesamt könnte das Hotel mit einer umfassenden Renovierung und einer besseren Frühstücksauswahl deutlich mehr bieten. Momentan jedoch hinterlässt es einen eher enttäuschenden Eindruck. "
