charming cabin sleeps six guests comfortably and offers the perfect blend of

peaceful seclusion. With its rustic charm and modern amenities, you'll feel

you're getting away from it all. Enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding

mountains from the private deck, or curl up by the gas fireplace with a good

book. Take a soothing soak in the hot tub or cook a delicious meal on the

charcoal grill. Just a short drive from Cades Cove, Alum Cave Trail, and other

Smoky Mountains attractions, you'll be surrounded by nature's beauty. Whether

Get cozy by the gas fireplace in this inviting open-concept living room,

designed for relaxation and comfort. The room's focal point is the stunning

stone fireplace, perfect for chilly mountain evenings or romantic getaways.

Sink into the plush sofa sleeper, which converts into a comfortable bed, or

curl up on the adjacent loveseat with a good book. With plenty of natural

light pouring in through the windows, this cozy retreat is the perfect spot to

unwind after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

Step into the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find all the essentials

to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and

everything you need to cook a hearty breakfast or make simple snacks. Gather

around the dining room table that can seat six. Make yourself a cup of coffee

to start the day off right using the coffee maker. This kitchen has cookware,

dishes to dine on, and silverware for your convenience. Dish towels, starter

dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

or enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. The hot tub is perfect for soothing

your muscles after a long day of exploring. Fire up the charcoal grill and

cook a delicious meal, savoring the flavors of your favorite dishes while

surrounded by nature's beauty. Gather around the open fire pit and roast

marshmallows as the sun sets, share stories, or enjoy the peaceful sounds of

nature.



Location / Roads / Parking:

This cabin is conveniently accessible by vehicle, featuring a slightly steep

road leading to a gravel driveway with level parking available for two cars.

Dollar General and Kroger are conveniently located nearby. It's just 20

minutes to Pigeon Forge, 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 40 minutes to

Gatlinburg. With such a fantastic location, you're only a short drive away

from all the attractions downtown Pigeon Forge offers.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

7 Day Cancelation & Damage Fee:

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: This covers you up to the amount that you paid for your

damage fee on unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed

the damage fee, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit

card on file).

24-Hour On-Call Maintenance: If you need assistance while at the property,

call us, and our team will be happy to help you at no additional charge.
