2. then the hotel didnât give me the room keys - they just claimed they didnât receive my deposit transfer.
3. I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm at the hotel, no mercy, they didnât let me in. Even though I offered cash and credit cards to pay again for the deposit (which I had transferred already!)
4. It took them almost 2 weeks to refund the deposit.â

We stayed there as we were going to a concert at Tottenham ground & it was a great location to be out the way but close enough to get there & back safely with our son. Food was lovely, free continental breakfast was nice & the room was a great stay. We definitely would stay again.â

âI did have to ask for WiFi code which I needed to plan my next bit of my trip. The member if staff on duty didnât know where I could get a meal in a pub nearby. I did find the shower cubicle a bit tight but it was a small room. However I left a compact mirror begging and the staff say they will post it to me which I shall be very grateful for .â
