THE HOUSE::
This home is the ultimate River House withbig windows over looking all the glorious landscaping views. This home sits on 1 acres with a beautiful walkway all around. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by beautiful details all over that can only be found in this home. All furnishings are all new, which set that "mountain modern" vibe for this home in the woods.  It has 3 Bedroom and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and also a small outside Sun Room. All spaces have been curated with modern furniture, creating a calm and relaxing environment to sleep that stress away.  

THE RIVER CREEK:
Creek (seasonal): A gentle, babbling brook that runs through the property during the winter and spring months, typically from December to June. Its soothing sounds and tranquil presence add to the serene ambiance of our natural setting. Please note that the creek may dry up during the summer and fall months due to natural seasonal changes.
Children must be chaperone at all times.

AROUND::
The Sequoias and surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains are some of the best that California has to offer. Centrally located, the house is about twenty minutes drive to the main entrance to Sequoia National Park station and both Slick Rock recreation areas and King’s Canyon National Park, and just a 10 minutes from Three Rivers town restaurants and shops. A nature lovers paradise, there are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of California’s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just five miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing.

✅️The Magic River House shares part of the driveway with a small cabin that is a long-term rental who is also the caretaker of the land. They help us with all the landscaping of the property and have become a great resource for our guests during their stay. If you need immediate help, they are more than happy to help.

✅️Please note that the river area is in the back part of the property. This property is over an acre. You will have to pass the neighbor's house to access it. That whole area is all yours to enjoy. They have no access to it as they have their own personal backyard.

✅️Please note that the home fireplaces are NOT amenities for guests to use due to safety reasons, hence why they are not listed as amenities. Both have been disconnected. Thank you for your understanding.
