The Grand Riverside Retreat is a stylish and spacious retreat, perfect for large gatherings and memorable stays. Designed with comfort and versatility in mind, this home offers a seamless blend of modern amenities and inviting charm.

The living area features a long, plush couch that effortlessly transforms into two queen beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A massive theater-like 85" flat-screen TV sets the stage for movie nights and relaxation. With multiple sleeping options, the home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether you’re cooking for a group or enjoying a quick bite before heading out to explore. Large windows bring in natural light, creating an airy and welcoming ambiance.

Step outside to the expansive patio, where a large dining table awaits for al fresco meals, gatherings, or simply enjoying the fresh air. Guests can also unwind in the peaceful, scenic surroundings, with opportunities to spot wildlife such as quail, turkey, deer, lizards, and even Black Bears in their natural habitat.

This retreat offers easy access to nearby hiking trails, river rafting in the summer, and outdoor adventures such as mountain biking, fishing, and stargazing. It’s the perfect place to reconnect with nature while enjoying modern comforts.

The parking area offers space for up to 4 vehicles, with 2 cars able to park in the carport and 2 in front of the house, ensuring easy access and privacy.

The property features a spacious backyard and direct river access, which are shared among the three houses on the premises. Feel free to enjoy the outdoor space, relax by the river, or take in the natural surroundings.

Please be mindful of other guests on the property and respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

We provide hand soaps, bath soaps, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner for your convenience.

Start your day with coffee or tea—our Keurig machine comes with a variety of coffee pods.

A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use.

Please note that the property is shared with other houses on the premises. We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of nature, respect our neighbors, and maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, absolutely NO parties or loud music are allowed.

We do not refund for park closures, changes to your itinerary or weather conditions.
