„This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding. „Tolles Hotel, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Fühlt sich gar nicht nach Hotel an, sondern nach eigener Wohnung. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich allerdings nach einem Zimmer im 3rd floor (oberstes Stockwerk)fragen. Dadurch dass es sich um einen Altbau handelt ist die Trittschalldämmung nicht besonders gut.“

„Can't say enough about ALL the staff! Seriously, all of them. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate and happily doing it. Suite was appointed beautifully and exceeded our needs. Reverse Osmosis water and ice available on every floor. Complimentary cold, bottled water, morning coffee & tea, afternoon refreshments, WSJ. A lot of little touches that add up to make a big difference, but again, the staff was amazing! “

„Easy acces to and from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I like walking so I didn't mind the 50 minutes walk to downtown Asheville (I avoided the tunnel). In fact it was a beautiful day and the walk hat some fantastic views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Papas and Beer was a good recommendation for dinner close to the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the use of disposable plates, cutlery etc at breakfast.“

„Loved the hotel vibe, and rooftop pool area was so nice! My only issue was the complexity of the elevators, and everyone we saw had the same problem! It became a standing joke. But I would definitely come back here!!! Loved the rooftop patio and restaurant, Wildwood. Staff was wonderful, too! Perfect location and an easy walk to everything. Thanks for a great stay 😉“
