The property was clean and uodated. I saw ample staff working from about 7am-5pm cleaning, fixing, etc. Breakfast service was always stocked and fresh. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Every member of staff we dealt with from check-in to check out be it front desk, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful I would recommend this highly if you want to stay in Louisville in a lovely part of town with some great local bars and coffee shops but only 10 mins in a cab if you want to go to Downtown
