My husband and I were here for 1 week in September. We were pleasantly surprised how nice this rental is. It's very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect - just a quick golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and easy trek to Spanish Springs and Brownwood. We will be staying here again!

One would be hard pressed to find a better deal given the comfort and cleanliness of this home. Super quiet neighborhood and great location for all things in The Villages. Do yourself a favor and make a daytrip to downtown Ocala on a Saturday for the Farmers Market and quaint shops and restaurants.

My family and I spent 5 nights recently on a trip to visit my parents in The Villages. We chose this rental for its proximity to Sumter Landing, my parents, and the amenities. We had some issues during our stay, but the owners and property manager were very responsive. It was a very comfortable rental for our visit. With some updates and maintenance this property would be five star.

We spent several days here with a child, a teen, and my senior adult parents. There were six of us total. We enjoyed the 4 person golf cart and rented a two person golf cart. We spent every night at a different square eating dinner and ice cream as we listened to great music. The kids got a little bored as there’s not a lot to do in the area when it rains.But it’s an hour away from Orlando and 4( min from silver springs. We really enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Property was nice and clean and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. The hosts always responded in a timely manner, great communications. We were able to walk to Lake Sumpter Square and the golf car was an added bonus.

I stayed here with a few friends and had such a smooth and enjoyable experience! The owners were very responsive via messages and the house was clean and beautiful! We loved driving the golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing for food and shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to The Villages!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated and so well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there. The hosts were very attentive and answered all my questions immediately. They went above and beyond with the offer of taking care of our guest passes. This is not necessarily specific to this unit, but applies to all guests of VRBO. As a guest we were unable to make a golf tee time. Everything is booked three days out, unless you want to play at 5:45 PM (when it gets dark at 6:30). This may be good information for renters to pass on to future tenants. Allow them to make their golf reservations prior to check in, or give the renters their owner code. If we return to the villages … this will definitely be a requirement for our booking.

This home backs up to Morse Blvd, and is about 1/2 mile from Sonny's BBQ at Sumter Landing. The property is close enough to be convenient to Lake Sumter town square but far enough away not to hear the music. The property itself is situated about midway of The Villages, north to south. The home is spacious, very quiet, is very well stocked, and very nicely decorated...and the AC works very well. I will definitely be looking for this listing upon my return.

from the moment we arrived, we were very happy with the condition of the property, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the super comfortable beds, the spaciousness and the location so close to Sumter Landing/Market Square, but most of all we were impressed with the quick responses to our questions from the owners, and the couple who clean the property.
