„My room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel has a Starbucks right downstairs if you’re looking for a quick bite and coffee on your way out the door. „On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.“
