„My room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel has a Starbucks right downstairs if you’re looking for a quick bite and coffee on your way out the door. The hotel restaurant is standard hotel fair, though service was a bit slow the evening I dined there. This Marriott is very close to the Topanga Plaza mall, with many other dining options. Parking is an overnight fee, but is ample and in a shaded private garage.“

„This was not a good experience. Unfortunately I had made reservations and had paid in advance for the room. Since the check in.. staff was rude not welcoming at all. Make sure you and your party all have their ID as you will all need to show ID in order for them to stay in the room with you (even if its your spouse.) And you will need a 100 dollar deposit as well. Room was not worth the price at all. AC at coldest was blowing hot air... very old and dirty AC... room was not what it shows in the ...

„Wunderbar“

„Saubere Unterkunft. Zimmer modern. Personal sehr freundlich. Kostenlos Wasser und Parkplatz verfügbar.“

„he hotel rooms are clean and nicely equipped, which makes for a pleasant first impression. However, the building itself is quite noisy, and sound travels easily between rooms and hallways. What was truly unacceptable, though, was the situation during the usual checkout time in the morning: no one was present at the reception for over an hour. Guests lined up and waited without any information or assistance. While the breakfast staff did their best to help, an unattended reception during peak ...

„Alles Tip Top“

„Huge Rooms, newly renovated, with Fridge and highly comfortable Bed. Complementary Breakfast with fresh Waffles and small selection of necessary things - Stuff was always helpful and courteous. No wishes left - would always come back here!“

„On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry.“

„A reallly good Hotel. Clean and big rooms. But....no window to open in rhe room, only AC. “

„The whole property was very clean. The service cleaners were always around cleaning and asking customers if they needed anything in their rooms. They were also very nice. My only complaint was the AC/heater unit in the room. The on/off switch had to be pressed many times to get it to turn on. But other than that, I would definitely recommend and definitely return to the Nox.“

„The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Free parking how awesome is that.“
