„I love everything about the hotel, just few crawling ants on the table. Fumigation is needed. Other than that, I had an excellent stay at the hotel, and staff were awesome“

„Front desk staff were excellent, very personable and efficient.
However, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 7:15AM!!! That is WAY too early to be disturbing people to clean a room! When I informed the front desk lady upon checking out she was very apologetic and said she would say something to them and even offered to make it up to me somehow. I didn't need anything but appreciated her effort in trying to make things right.
But management should tell housekeeping not to knock on doors ...

„This property was fantastic. Checked all boxes for staff, room, cleanliness, and price. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very impressed it had a beautiful, comfortable restaurant and bar on site! We would definitely stay again if in this area! 😀 10 out of 10 for us!!“

„Very happy with our stay. We stayed in a king suite which was very spacious. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was good. The pool was big. The surrounding area had Starbucks, fast food, restaurant next door and in the hotel. Nearby was a Walmart supercenter, lidl, etc stayed here for a baseball tournament. „Sehr gutes Hotel im Umland von Chicago. City ist über die I 55 gut zu erreichen. Hotel hat Pool ( sauber und nicht überclort) Fitnisraum i.O.. für USA sehr gutes Frühstück. Abends Barbetrieb mit Restaurant, super. Einziger kleiner Nachteil sind die Zimmer zur I 55 Hed, man hört die Fahrzeuge leicht, man bekommt auch Ohrenstöpsel!“

"Schönes Hotel in Chicago Downtown, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Millenium Park und der Lake Michigan sind in wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen.
Mein Zimmer war hervorragend (Grösse und Sauberkeit) und bot einen schönen Ausblick in Richtung Millenium Park.

"Excellent location and excellent service, the room was always already cleaned when we've got back. We had a perfect stay in Chicago. We could reach almost everything we wanted to visit by foot and anything else we reached by one of the many trains or busses stopping nearby. One downside of the hotels location is the heavy traffic on the roads next to it, so it can be quite loud at night, but I would say the noise is nothing out of the ordinary if you are used to living in a busy city"

I had to change plans and reduce my stay by a night, and as a courtesy the hotel charged nothing for the cancelled night although I could just inform them when I had already checked in, so during my stay.

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention.
Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all.
I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂
Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."

"Das Hotel ist in idealer, zentraler Lage direkt neben der Metro (Red Line). Zimmerausstattung nicht mehr ganz modern, aber nichts zu beanstanden. Große Dusche ist ein Plus. Zimmerreinigung sollte alle zwei Tage erfolgen, es waren allerdings eher drei. Das Personal im Vergleich zu anderen Einrichtungen nicht besonders freundlich, aber hilfsbereit. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet."
