"Die Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber, jedoch sind sie in die Jahre gekommen. Der große Pool ist frisch renoviert und Clean, Vorteil an diesem Hotel, es hat einen eigenen Strand mit Liegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

" We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is excellent, surrounded by beautiful nature, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room is wonderful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The food was delicious, and the service deserves special mention — the entire team, both at the restaurant and throughout the hotel, was extremely attentive, warm, and professional. You really feel well taken care of. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the perfect place, especially for a two- or three-night stay to disconnect and recharge. The only small point to note is the bathtub. Although it is advertised as a hot bath, the water temperature reaches around 34°C, which feels more like warm water rather than a truly hot bath. It does not reach 38–39°C like a traditional hot tub. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would gladly recommend"

"Very nice property, at the Seminyak beach, sizeable rooms with balcony, everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is varied and generous. Would come back at anytime."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful — especially the lovely ladies who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, the rest didn’t meet our expectations. Our room felt like a basement: dark, noisy, and with an awkward view of people being massaged. The fridge was super loud, and the hotel overall very echoey — sleep was hard to come by. The cascading pools looked nice, but the upper one was knee-deep, the main pool freezing, and the valley view overgrown. The yoga shala is beautiful, yet only one class at 7:30 a.m. feels limiting. Restaurant seating was uncomfortable, and the gold “special dinner” chairs felt out of place. Check-in and check-out times are also quite strict. Despite the great service, the hotel simply wasn’t our vibe — Bali has so many other charming options. "

"Wir hatten eine 3 Schlafzimmer Villa und sie war wirklich beeindruckend. Alles sah genauso aus, wie auf dem Fotos auf der Homepage. Das Wasser im privaten Pool war schön angenehm temperiert, nicht so kalt wie in anderen Villen auf Bali. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern da und wurde ab Beginn umsorgt und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Trotz offener Baumweise gab es keine kleinen Kriechtieren und fast keine Mücken. Die Zimmer wurden 2 mal am Tag gemacht und auch für einen Moskitofreien Schlaf vorbereitet. Wir waren 6 Tage im Impiana und wollten nicht mehr weg, es war wirklich ein Traum. Nachbargäste der Villenanlage waren quasi nie hörbar, die Anlsge selbst total ruhig und eineandfrei in Schuss gehalten. Das einzige, was für Buchungen zu bemerken ist, ist dass es in Seminyak von den Impians private Villas zwei verschiedene Locations gibt. Die eine findet man in Maps unter Impiana private villas Seminyak, die andere unter Impiana Sunset Section. Wo man Eine Villa bekommt erfährt man erst bei Ankunft, oder man erfragt dies im Vorhinein. Beide Locations haben vor und Nachteile, sind aber aus unserer Sicht ca 15min Fusläufig zum Strand und direkt in lebendiger Ungebung zu unzähligen Geschäften und Restaurants. Beide Locations liegen ca 2 Gehminuten entfernt von großen Preiswerten Supermärkten, in denen es ALLES gibt. Wundervoller Ort, fast zu schade zu verlassen um bali zu erkunden . 10 von 10 Punkten. Die Preise schwanken sehr, man muss immer mal schauen. Es ist aber definitiv auch ein"
