This beautiful, three-bedroom dream home (950 sqf, 7 ft ceiling Duplex- Unit 1) is a ideal Florida vacation spot. The fence backyard is a gorgeous spot where you will feel in the tropical. It features 2 bedrooms, an office, one bathroom and full equipped kitchen. The beauty of this home lies within the spacious yard, tropical landscaping .This home also is within walking distance to Tiki Bar Docks, supermarkets, Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp where you can bring your Boat, Kayak or Jet ski.

The space
Enjoy the comfort of a new remodeled home but be in direct contact with nature. Our cozy home has been designed to have a modern touch and still have the taste of being in the tropics. Master bedroom with comfy queen bed, tv and dresser. Second room queen sized bed with comfy memory foam, dresser and closet, third room with queen size bed and office desk and closet.
Living room has a large 50 inches smart tv and sofa bed. Full equipped kitchen and dinning with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The house is located safe and quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, 5 minutes walking form Tiki Bar Docks, half a mile from Riverview Civic and boat ramp on the Alafia River, 14 miles away from Ybor City, 19 miles from Tampa Airport, 17 miles away from Tampa, 25 miles away from Clearwater, 45 miles away from Ana Maria beach and Orlando Disney 65 miles away.

Walking distance from Enterprise rent a car. We have airport trips available (please contact host if service is needed it).

We love Florida living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guest should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife including insects, bugs, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you might see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors and windows closed and keeping food stored and sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in.


HOUSE RULES.

*SECURITY CAMERAS*

Your safety matters. The property has an actively recording outdoor security cameras. This does not look into any interior spaces. *Laundry room (shared with unit 2) features one indoor camera (safety reasons), this does not look into any private spaces*. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the cameras may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.

*QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES*

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours. We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or any large group gathering..

*CHILDRENS*

While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with young children use the home at their own risk.

*NO SMOKING INSIDE*

Please refrain from smoking, Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.


*NO PETS*

We loved pets but are not allowed in the property. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please make sure to keep door shut (when not in use) during your stay to prevent insects from entering. Also, lock the door to the house when leaving at any time during your stay. We are not liable for any stolen or damaged personal property.

We never want to charge guest extra for their stay however violation of the following rules will result in additional fees:

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors on the property. There will be a $250 fee if guest smoke inside the unit.

The standard cleaning fee covers normal clean up from a "courteous guest", any excessive dirtiness, spills, etc., or damage (whether from guest or unauthorized pets) will incur an additional $75 fee to compensate our housekeeper for additional time and effort.

Before check out make sure to place all garbage in the trash can.
