„We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. “

„Our rental was great! The house is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were very thoughtful with all of the things they had in the house. They had the perfect amount of beach supplies which saved us from having to buy anything for the beach. The home is spacious and the neighborhood is very cute. We went to the coffee shop across the street. Delicious and we also went to a near by Cuban restaurant. So good. The home is conveniently located so getting around is easy. All in all a great trip.“

„Thank you so much for the amazing stay! At 35 years old this was the weekend getaway with my friends of 17 years that I dreamed of! I get married in September and all my girlfriends have little kids at home so we wanted something in a great location to get to dinners but a relaxing/safe/clean at home atmosphere. This was perfect! Thank you for the amazing communication as well and hopefully you heard us say thank you and goodbye on the ring camera!“

„Most everything is near by. Busch Gardens is right next doo so it would’ve been nice to visit. Raymond James Stadium is 25 mins away so it’s nice. Host was easy to contact and speak to. All rooms were clean, and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay. “

„This was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful backyard that was on the canal. Beach area, dock, fire pit and yard area. Inside was very clean and had all the amenities that you can need. The decor was impeccable. The owner is super friendly and answered all the questions I asked in a timely manner. I definitely recommend you staying here. The location is not far from the airport and is not far from downtown, Tampa. I would definitely come back! “

„This is a very nice property and was priced appropriately for the area and amenities. The house was immaculately clean and we had plenty of towels as well as paper goods for our stay (3 nights). The pool table, game room and swimming pool were so much fun and you won't find all these things in most properties. There is also plenty of space and TV's in every room, so a large family or group would not be an issue. Most importantly, the host was very responsive when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed ...

„Das Haus war super, sauber und bequem, wir hatten uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur war die Ausstattung war für 5 Personen etwas knapp bemessen. Eine Informationsmappe, für Geräte und Gepflogenheiten wäre von Vorteil gewesen.Den großen Außenbereich mit Outdoorküche sowie den großen Esstisch haben wir sehr genossen. Die Toilette im Poolbereich war von Vorteil. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen das das Haus direkt in der Flugschneise des Flughafens steht.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt ...

"Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Hyatt House Tampa und wir werden sicherlich wieder dort übernachten. Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist das Frühstück, es ist doch extrem wenig was angeboten wird. "

"Wir waren 2 Tage dort als Zwischstopp unserer Rundreise. Super schön zum erholen. Pool direkt mit Ausblick auf die Bay. Haben Delfine und Rochen gesehen. Servicepersonal im Restaurant mega freundlich. Frühstück ist top, endlich mal frisches Obst. Personal an der Rezeption etwas gelangweilt. Hätten uns gerne mehr Infos gewunschen und auschecken war etwas kompliziert weil die Dame an der Rezeption falsche Buchhung gemacht hat. Nach Tampa Downtown ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt aber sehr teuer."
