Our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. We want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay in our home. But to do so, we would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. We know, We know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.

KITCHEN: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea and coffee, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving, as well as throw all trash away in the outside trash cans and use the recycling for recyclable products.

HEATING: The property has a thermostat located in the living room. We do have it locked and ask that if it needs changed to please call/text the number located at the bottom of this message.

NOISE: As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm.

SMOKING & VAPING Smoking & Vaping of any kind is prohibited at our house.

LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer available for you to use in the master suit, with washing detergent on the shelf next to the units.

COFFEE MACHINE: The coffee machine is easier to use than it looks: You can either utilize K cups or fill the plastic filter with ground coffee. Coffee machine accessories are located in the cabinet above the machine. Capsules are on the counter top.

DISHWASHER: Please make sure the dishwasher is full before turning it on. You’ll find the dishwasher tablets on the sink counter.

TV OPERATIONS Each smart TV is equipped with Roku Stick. Each stick will be placed on guest mode upon turning on the TV. Simply follow the promoting and enter your check out date. After completing those few steps you can then login into all your entertainment accounts. You will automatically be signed out on your pre-selected check out date. For more instructions, please refer to the ROKU page at the end of this manual.


GENERAL HOUSE RULES We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed.
3. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Please don’t eat or drink in the upstairs bedrooms.
6. Please respect the noise curfew.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dishes.
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
12. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
