The Tiny House - Clean & Comfy - Tesla Charging

Want to experience TINY HOUSE living in the middle of it all? This is the place for you! This unique space will send you home convinced you can live in less space, with less stuff and thinking about how to make it happen. Centrally located near the airport and between Westshore and Downtown Tampa, this cozy, super clean home is a great place to return to after a long day of exploring Tampa Bay, or the perfect getaway if you just want to escape it all in this historic west Tampa neighborhood.
The space
This TINY home is 384 sqft, on a shared lot, but the space is freestanding with a private entry from the main home. Don't let the square footage scare you, it is surprisingly spacious and comes complete with a full kitchen, including all of the conveniences of home so cooking and preparing meals will be a breeze! There are two (2) sleeping lofts with queen beds, a full bathroom, living room with tv for lounging, and desk space for remote working or learning, perfect for the traveling professional, or adventure seeking travelers. You have shared access to the relaxing paver patio equipped with lounge seating, a fire pit, and fresh firewood to enjoy the Tampa evenings.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Security cameras are present at the property. Security cameras are solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property. Tenant agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security camera. Tenant agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

► THE DON'TS◀︎

PLEASE no parties, we want you to enjoy each other and have a great time but disruptive parties are not permitted. Observation of quiet hours (10p – 8a) must be observed. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood and the authorities will be called if you cause a disturbance. Please be respectful.

ALL registered guests shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause guest to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.

Pets are NOT permitted.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $250 charge.

If you flush anything other than toilet paper (even "flushable items") and it results in a sewer blockage, there will be a $250 charge.

Full access to the tiny house (private) and parking for two cars on the property. Also, I will have electric vehicle charging available with prior requests.
