BEDROOMS

Each bedroom offers its own unique, chic and relaxing environment with plush luxury bedding and mattresses which will without a doubt provide a restful night in the tropical oasis.

MASTER BEDROOM “Zen Room”: King size bed in a calming zen retreat with luxury linens, down feathered pillows, luxury wool rug and hand carved furnishings, tufted headboard, large dresser, night stand, reading chair and equipped closet and soft peaceful lighting.

BEDROOM #2 “Wellness Room”: Calming earthly warm toned bedroom with canopy queen sized bed, plush luxury linens, luxury pillows and closet with plenty of storage. Sleep comfortably in the salt rock infused bedroom with stones and crystals from around the world with views overlooking tropical backyard.

BEDROOM #3 “Tropical Paradise Room”: Large Private Detached Large Studio boasts extra living space with private full bathroom, television and small fridge and a peaceful abstract ocean vibe.

All bedrooms have brand-new plush linens, memory foam mattresses or memory foam toppers and fans keep you cool.


LIVING ROOM:

Furnished with extra deep L-shaped sofa (comfortably sleeps 2 if desired) and large 55’ flat screen TV with Roku, HBOMax, Hulu, Netflix and more.


KITCHEN & DINING

Fully supplied kitchen, spacious countertops, and stainless steel appliances overlooking the dining room with a look through seating areas provides additional space and barseating for two and dining room table and the outdoor dining.

Both Master and Bedroom #2 share bathroom in main home, all bathrooms features walk-in shower, single vanity with chic design and luxury plush towels and linens.

The Backyard is a Private Tropical Oasis full of multiple areas for comfortable lounge outdoor seating whether your preference is to get some sun or remain cool and in shade under the covered patio with outdoor fan. The large outdoor dining table with chairs / bench allows for casual alfresco style dining with gas grill. The entire backyard is surrounded by the warm lightning of Edison light bulbs lining the entire fenced in yard creating the perfect outdoor atmosphere for laid back gatherings on sunny Florida days or starry evenings.

The welcoming covered front porch has comfortable seating over custom tiled flooring surrounded by beautiful tropical plants with three steps up to enter front door. Patio / Porch is perfect for reading, enjoying a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful large trees.

Covered Carport -Parking for up three cars in the driveway. Street Parking will not be permitted.
