Purple Rain+New Orleans Garden Guest Suites

Two private themed guest suites each with its own private bathroom and shower, AC/heat, fridge and freezer. Each room has it’s own private bathroom and shower, AC/heater, and fridge/freezer Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby and there is also a microwave, iron, and hair dryer for guest use 20-30 mins to downtown and Tampa Intl Airport 15 mins to Busch Gardens 5 mins to USF/Moffit. The property features a pavered patio area with a HEATED SALTWATER POOL, covered pergola, outdoor living/dining area, and covered grill area. Hot Tub Reservations- The hot tub can be heated and reserved for $10/hr. Time slots are first come first serve and are non-refundable rain or shine. And we allow each guest the chance to book 1 hr then additional hours are open first come first serve. The hot tub takes 1 hour when it’s warm and 3 hours when its cold outside to heat up so please book in advance. And the controls are on my phone only so please allow me plenty of notice to make sure it’s setup for you. Even with a hot tub reservation, the pool and the rest of the outdoor space is still always shared though. It just means that nobody else will be getting in the hot tub with you. But most guests will usually give each other space. The pool area is under camera surveillance for the safety of all guests.
