Carroll Cove is a renovated single-level 4-bedroom, 2-bath Carrollwood home for up to 14 guests with a private heated pool and fully fenced yard. A game room, playroom, fireplace and 8-seat table make it a fit for two families, reunions and monthly work stays.

Carroll Cove is a single-level home. The living room, dining table and kitchen run together in one open space with a direct view of the pool. The group gathers on the L-shaped sectional around a 65-inch smart TV, or around the wood-burning fireplace on cooler evenings. Four bedrooms sleep 14, and the game room and kids' playroom keep the younger crowd busy.

BEDROOMS & BATHS (4 BR / 2 BA)
★ Bedroom 1, king suite: king bed plus a twin-over-full bunk, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, smart TV, room-darkening shades. Sleeps 4.
★ Bedroom 2: king bed, large closet, smart TV, room-darkening shades. Sleeps 2.
★ Bedroom 3: queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk, smart TV. Sleeps 4.
★ Bedroom 4: two twin-over-full bunks, smart TV. Sleeps 4.
Sleeping math: 2 king rooms, 1 queen and 4 twin-over-full bunks = 14 guests.
2 full baths for up to 14 guests: the ensuite has double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The second bath is a tub-and-shower combo shared by the other three bedrooms. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.
Full-size washer and dryer in the home, available around the clock.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a quiet residential neighborhood in Carrollwood. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM.
★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay. The pool is open 8 AM to 10 PM.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 14 guests in a single-level home; 2 king rooms, 1 queen and 4 twin-over-full bunks.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, maximum 50 lbs each, $150 per pet. No charge for service animals. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per person per night above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.
★ After booking: a signed rental agreement is required. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing and availability.
