The neighborhood is centrally located to the Tampa International Airport (3.9mi.), Raymond James Stadium (0.3mi.), downtown (4.3mi.) and the beaches (Davis Island Beach (8mi.) - Clearwater Beach (21mi.). The neighborhood is transitional with a mixture of older homes and new construction. Friendly, hospitable and lively neighborhood that actively participates in stadium events.

Guests will have access to the entire house and the backyard. Our backyard is your playground, complete with outdoor games like cornhole and giant connect four. It's the perfect spot for some friendly competition or simply soaking up the Florida sun.

Our groundskeeper lives on the westside of the property which is separated by a vinyl privacy fence. They do not have access to the home or the backyard so please reach out to us with anything you may need during your stay.

The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer luxury-style furnishings, and comfortable mattresses so you can sleep soundly during your stay. Each bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed (master ensuite has a king-sized bed) featuring Egyptian cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort.

Master bedroom features a flat-screen TV.
Bedroom #4 offers a workspace table and chair for your convenience.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. The modern stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops make it easy to prepare meals. Coffee station equipped with mugs, tea bags, instant coffee, half & half, sweet & low and sugar. Iced coffee maker and hot dripped coffee maker, so you can enjoy coffee every morning! The kitchen offers an elegant circular glass table sitting four, along with two barstools attached to the kitchen countertop.

The kitchen opens up onto the sleek living area, where you can sit back and relax in the cool comfort of the living room. Plenty of seating is available on the sofa, making this the perfect place to spend time with the whole family or friends. Watch a show on the 75” TV, which is equipped with YouTube TV and a sports package so you can never miss the game or your favorite show. We do offer board games and playing cards in the entertainment center as well.

In the dining area you’ll find a charming dining table that comfortably seats six. If you need to get work done during your stay, it has ample room to serve as a workspace as well; the fast Wi-Fi definitely makes it easy.

Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you enjoy the downtown scene, local restaurants, and other nearby attractions.

Your safety matters. This property does have a Ring camera with audio at the exterior entrance of the house, this will be on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into interior spaces.

The driveway is available for parking. Two cars fit comfortable side by side (can fit 4 total in driveway). Street parking not allowed per Tampa guidelines. A vehicle is the primary transportation used by guests, unless you are walking to the stadium! Uber/Lyft are very popular as well.
