GUEST GUIDELINES



1 — NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS

We want you to relax and have a great time, but disruptive parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Loud music and outdoor entertainment are prohibited. This is a residential neighborhood; please be respectful of our neighbors.

2 — LOCAL LAWS

Guests must comply with all Florida state and local laws while on the premises. Failure to comply with applicable laws or property rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

3 — PETS

Pets are permitted with applicable approval, guidelines, and fees. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing pets.

4 — PARKING

Please park only in the designated locations provided in your check-in instructions. Vehicles parked elsewhere may be subject to towing.

5 — PROPERTY CARE & DAMAGES

Please treat the home as you would your own and report any damage immediately. Damage resulting from guest misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

6 — NO SMOKING

Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 charge.

7 — CLEANLINESS

Please leave the property reasonably neat and tidy. Normal wear and tear is expected; excessive cleaning required due to dirt, stains, or misuse may result in additional charges.

8 — PLUMBING

Only toilet paper may be flushed. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, plastics, or other items. Plumbing issues caused by improper use may result in additional charges. Please report plumbing problems immediately.

9 — MAKEUP

Please use the provided black makeup towels for makeup removal.

10 — FURNISHINGS

Indoor furnishings may not be removed from the property or moved outdoors or into other properties.

11 — MINIMUM AGE

Reservations may not be made by or on behalf of anyone under 25 years of age.

12 — NO EV CHARGING

EV charging on the premises is strictly prohibited to pro

✦✦Depending on the booking site, Cleaning fee may include a Limited Damage Waiver fee which covers damages reported to the host in writing BEFORE checkout. This fee is included with the cleaning fee. Specifics of coverage will be laid out in the rental agreement sent once reservation is confirmed.



Reservations may require further guest verification to prevent credit card fraud for both you and the host! Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Because of this, we do require the responsible party who is physically staying in the home to provide a valid photo ID after booking is confirmed. Your personal identification is not stored and is protected from distribution or use for any other purpose than identification, in accordance with Federal information security guidelines.
