Step inside this cozy 1920s bungalow and you’re immediately welcomed by its unique character and thoughtfully designed spaces created for comfort and connection. Beyond the inviting interior, the tropical backyard offers your own private sanctuary featuring a cowboy pool, hot tub, fire pit, and open-air deck surrounded by lush greenery. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s your own personal oasis!

The Florida Bungalow is the perfect home base for an exciting Florida adventure or a relaxing getaway with friends and family. Just minutes from Downtown Tampa, Armature Works, and Raymond James Stadium, our getaway offers a peaceful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. You’ll be just a couple blocks from Florida Avenue’s craft breweries and distilleries, locally owned restaurants and shops, and cozy neighborhood cafés.



IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTE:



Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing stay. In accordance with City of Tampa regulations, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, meaning no outdoor noise, loud voices, or music during these hours.



If your trip plans involve late-night gatherings, loud parties, or amplified music, our home will not be a good fit.



We love hosting guests who will enjoy the home and treat the neighborhood with care. If that sounds like you, we’d be delighted to host you.



INDOORS:



As soon as you step foot into The Florida Bungalow, you are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a space curated for comfort and connection.



The living room, adorned with tropical decorations, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV, flows effortlessly into the dining area. There, you’ll find a charming wooden table with a stunning chandelier that’s perfect for casual gatherings, family meals, and everything in between.



The kitchen complements the preceding spaces with its high quality, modern amenities and thoughtful design. Featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and a kitchen island, it offers both functionality and character.

A lot of space for my family/friends of 10, comfortable & cozy in the large kitchen, island and living room for us all to gather. The little amenities like full coffee station, spices for cooking, cleaning items & even a s’mores making kit for the outdoor fire pit are wonderful additions to enjoy!! The deck expands out to surround the pool, seamlessly integrating with the outdoor space where you can lounge poolside, soak up the sun, and enjoy your favorite beverage. There is an outdoor grill perfect for cooking up a delicious meal after a day of exploring the town complete with an outdoor dining table.



The cozy fire pit creates a warm focal point for evening hangouts and conversation. Surrounded by plenty of seating and a soothing natural environment, this intimate space invites you to enjoy the company of your people in your own private paradise.



Tucked into a quiet corner of the tropical backyard, the hot tub offers a serene escape for ultimate relaxation. Whether you’re starting your morning with a peaceful soak or unwinding under the stars, the hot tub is the perfect way to melt away stress and embrace the laid-back Florida lifestyle.
