Finde Surdas Park Hotels

„Nice Stay, Clean hotel, good Location, hotel staff was good, main road property.“

„Our family experienced severe maintenance and service issues during our stay. A non-smoking room assigned to our senior family members smelled strongly of smoke, and maintenance staff only offered to spray freshener, initially refusing to change the room. Furthermore, the AC in another room leaked water, and maintenance only offered to wipe the floor and hope it stopped. We also found hair in the shower drain in a relocated room. Moving multiple times was exhausting for our senior family ...

„It was a pleasant stay. Nothing really to complain.“

„Good and pleasant stay, fridge was not working and the service was just a bit slow“

„Good stay but needs maintenance we had to change room 4 times in a day because of cleaning not done in room and non of the rooms had ac working it was very hot and after 3 changes on the fourth room we got a better working AC“
