The Space

Step into the villa and find the secluded master suite, boasting a luxurious king-sized bed, air-conditioning, TV and private ensuite. Ascend the stairs to encounter a bright and airy living area, beautifully furnished with decor that creates an atmosphere of warm, coastal luxury. The cosy lounge area offers three comfortable armchairs, plush sofa and large smart TV, making it an ideal space for unwinding with a good book, relaxing with loved ones, or enjoying movie nights after a day spent exploring Noosa. The practical and well-appointed kitchen means you can entertain and dine with ease, either at the main dining table or at one of the two balconies. Outside visitors are permitted subject to all local council regulations being abided to. Any breach of these regulations may result in the immediate removal of visitors and/or termination of the rental without refund or warning.



This property gladly accepts pets, with the understanding that dogs (max 1) must remain off all furniture and bedding. A small courtyard is available for pet use. However, animals must never be left alone or unattended inside the property or within the courtyard. Please also be mindful of barking or other noise, as nearby guests’ comfort is important to us. Animals are not permitted in the resort pool area.
