We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!!“

The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use.
