The Space:
If you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to embrace the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, this apartment offers a tranquil haven to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. As you enter the apartment you’re greeted by an open living space and dining area for 6 people decorated with a contemporary coastal style. The living area opens out to a spacious balcony with lounge chairs and a BBQ, allowing you to bask in the sun. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this unit comfortably accommodates up to five guests. The spacious living room features plush L-shaped lounge that converts to a sofa bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, a large flat-screen TV and glass sliding doors that offer lovely sea breezes from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has ample bench space for meal preparation.

Open living room: This open space features a reverse cycle air-conditioner, plush L-shaped lounge, smart TV, this space sleeps 1 guests on the convertible sofa bed.

Master Bedroom: The space features a plush king sized bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: This bathroom is complete with a large walk-in shower, vanity, washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Please note: There is a new building being constructed behind the unit complex, it is visible from the balcony and living area.

Guest Access:
Full access to apartment and balcony, please note the garage is not for guest use. On-street parking available (un-metered). Please note there is no lift, one set of stairs to reach the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Located within approximately a 6 minute walk to Moffat Beach, where you’ll find a pristine beach, with an abundance of cafes and restaurants to enjoy. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Moffat Beach Playground. This area is perfectly positioned with access to local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and coastal walking tracks.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 3-minute walk to Rinaldi Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*Please note there is no lift, the apartment is accessed via one set of stairs.

*Please note the garage is not for guest use.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
