‘Al Sole’ on Dwyer Street was designed to maximize guests' relaxation, space and light to create the perfect, luxury beachside holiday escape. The design of this unique home takes inspiration from its idyllic coastal setting and is well laid out to provide a seamless in/outdoor lifestyle for the entertainer.
This rare large four-bedroom, two lounge room newly renovated holiday home offers an exclusive space that blends its smart layout with oasis-like outdoor areas in a resort-like destination that’s literally footsteps to the surf and sand of Sunshine Beach.

The house features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and one powder room, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.

Al Sole is set on two levels, with the main living area, dining, kitchen and deck upstairs, as well as the master, ensuite and fourth bedroom. An open plan living area opens up to the undercover top deck with BBQ and outdoor lounging and bar seating.
The kitchen is perfect for home chefs with a large benchtop with bar stools, butler’s pantry and integrated appliances. Great for whipping up a quick meal, preparing dinner with your family, friends and hosting a memorable occasion while on holidays.

On the ground floor are the second and third bedrooms, another large lounge room overlooking the downstairs outdoor entertainment area, main bathroom, office, laundry, and a fully enclosed garden area with a large swimming pool.
Entertain and relax on the rear deck with ocean glimpses or stroll down to the village to enjoy the vibrant Sunshine Beach Village with fabulous restaurants, cafes and infamous Surf Club.

Small Dogs Only ON Application AND Approved BY Noosa Beach Abodes - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
There are also common-sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.

Please note – Under no circumstance is this home to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.
