„Excellent location. Steps from Centre Street and hundreds of restaurants. Good breakfast with variety of western and Chinese food. Good Wi-fi, free laundry. Only one small elevator, sometimes is busy. Not easy to wheel the luggage’s out of the elevator to rooms. High metal bar on the floor.“

„1. Check in is unprofessional, after getting my ID, front desk verified my phone number, after this step, they requested to see my original reservation receipt, which was very confusing. I asked something wrong? They said they just need to check. (Most of holiday in express can finish check in in 30 second, this one takes much longer time).
2. The hardware of hotel is good.
3. Breakfast choices are very limited, there was a purple sweet potato porridge they did not label it, I asked staff this ...
