Please read my other reviews. These people were mad because they get charged. Part of their security deposit for damage. The gate was broken for the project, and the part was on order. There was nothing that our Board of Directors could do about that. Everything else is a downright lie. Please read my reviews.

Check-in is at 4 PM. They showed up before 12 noon. The house is being cleaned. It was a turnaround and they were allowed in as soon as it was cleaned around 2 PM. The house was left a mess.

Wow! First of all, we live in a hurricane and flood zone and code. Is that all of our houses have to be built 9 feet in the air. We have no control over people having to climb stairs that is county code.. Secondly, they get a nice confirmation letter after they book for me, giving them all kinds of information and they get a check-in letter from me giving them directions on how to get to the house how to get into the house what is here things to do in the area, etc. etc. and on the kitchen counter I have made up a whole binder of welcoming letters, information on the house such as Wi-Fi, menus from restaurants, brochures on what to do in the area, emergency, phone numbers etc. I don’t know what they want for me they were given an early check-in as requested. When they got to the house instead of pulling directly under the house they pulled in sideways and hit the pilings and damaged them and they are being fixed this week.we did not charge them for the damage. The sheets and towels are not old .. we replace all linens every year. We are probably one of the cleanest houses you would come to we even wash bedspreads every single time. I don’t see where I blessed anybody, but that’s OK. These people couldn’t fall or check out instructions and I was nice enough not to charge them.

They were given a discounted cleaning rate based on the fact that there was just two people but they ended up using all three showers and both beds. It just doesn’t pay to give people discounts. They left the house pretty dirty.

These people were horrible from the start, they called about the a/c and we turned it down to 71 for them And they called me 15 minutes later to tell me the house wasn’t cool yet. They checked out a half an hour late and we had other people checking in and the cleaning girl got there and ask them to please hurry up so she could get a clean and the house was left atrocious. If anyone wants to see pictures I will show you how nasty the house was. There was dishes all over the house even in the bedrooms trash all over the house the house is absolutely disgusting. They even left cookies stuck to the baking pans and the air fryer had cookie dough stuck ever.They have been banned from the property
