This property is underrepresented , it’s a well balanced blend of nature and contemporary living , with private pods you could confuse for a mini yatch, the lounges , swimming pools , live entertainment, excursions and yet most important is the most courteous staff , where anything with a possibly of discomfort is met with gentle and expedited resolution that you even forget it happened. The distance from the airport is eclipsed by the shuttle service and revelation of this serene and beautifully enclave harmonised with nature as it opens to the ocean with a clean beach. This is as my wife’s birthday and milestone which she celebrated in a special way that leaves an unforgettable experience. Its price point , amenities and experience is worth more than the listed rate. I would highly recommend it for individuals looking for a Zane time off , couples taking leave of the hustle ,groups . It’s one of the very few places with capacity to meet a diversity of needs. Looking forward to another holiday.

Everything about our stay was perfect. We wanted somewhere quiet where we could relax and enjoy the sun on our last days in Zanzibar and Villa Bluu delivered that and more! If you want to enjoy beaches on the East coast of Zanzibar, which are clean and not overcrowded, Breezes in Dongwe is a good place to go. For a half board and not an all inclusive hotel, Breezes is relatively expensive in comparison, because the room rates are high and you will pay every lunch and every drink extra. The food and the drinks are good but not as good as the room rate and the prices (to be paid in US Dollars) would suggest and it might not be the cook’s or the barman or barmaid’s mistakes, but probably due to the budget that they are given. Staff is very nice - many (not all of the) employees authentically - however the hotel leaves a taste that benefits for higher level management are maximised and that high level management and not the customer is king.
