„Schönes Hotel, etwas weiter von Downtown aber dafür mit Super Preis-Leistung Verhältmiss. Aus meiner Sicht absolut empfehlenswert. “

„When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch.“

„The location of this Hotel was excellent, a few minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the shower in our room was pathetic with no water pressure, so I didn't get to enjoy the shower. Also, the elevator buttons were not working, and at one point, we had to walk up one floor to use the elevator for the upper floors. Overall it was a good experience“

„Check in great. However, there are no microwaves in the rooms to reheat food or drinks. The electricity went out twice. The water pressure is not existent in the shower. The soaps that they provide do not smell great for a feminine person. The big issue was, that some parents were not in charge of their children, or even present when looked for. The unattended, were banging on and throwing things at doors for hours. Which brings me to the elevator issue. Only one of the elevators was working. ...

„The they/them that was working the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming or helpful with an attitude problem. The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good.“
